This Korean Dessert Cafe, or Sulbing, located in Siam Square Soi 2, is a regular spot for me to relax and enjoy bingsu. However, besides bingsu, they also offer a wide variety of toast and beverage options. As the name suggests, it's a cafe, so it's no surprise that they have a diverse selection of desserts and snacks. But let me tell you, everything is incredibly delicious! I highly recommend everyone to experience it for themselves and see just how good it is.

This is the menu item I will be recommending today: Seoul Sweet Bread. Other shops may call it Honey Toast, Honey-Baked Bread, or something else, but the name of this menu item is Seoul Sweet Bread. It consists of buttered bread, bananas, ice cream, and a few almonds. The highlight of this dish is the sign, which reads "KOREAN DESSERT CAFE Sulbing," the name of the shop.
