I tried this menu before the purple sweet potato bingsu because it was cheaper, so I tried it first. It was Loy Krathong Day, and I thought it was a special day, so I had to try the new menu. The purple sweet potato series menu is currently only available at the Solbing branch in Siam Square, Soi 2. As for other branches, I heard that they will be available for sale within this month. When I went to eat, I saw many people at other tables ordering various purple sweet potato menus. The new menu has received a lot of attention.

Other toast menus have chewy rice cake inside the bread, based on my experience. However, the purple sweet potato toast menu offers a full-bodied purple sweet potato flavor without the taste of rice cake (I think they didn't add it). It's like a bread with a soft and fragrant purple sweet potato mousse inside. On top, there's vanilla ice cream and purple sweet potato powder for a richer flavor and a more visually appealing presentation. The taste is similar to cereal, I'm not sure if it's pure purple sweet potato or mixed with something else, but overall it's delicious.
