Our journey begins with a road trip for eight people in two cars, heading towards Sai Yok Viewpoint. Starting from Kanchanaburi city, we drive along Highway 323 for approximately 100 kilometers until we reach Sai Yok Yai National Park. Continuing for another 7 kilometers, we will see a sign for Baan Kaeng Jao. Turn left and drive for about 1.5 kilometers.

For those without personal transportation, take a van or bus from Kanchanaburi Bus Terminal to Sangkhlaburi. Get off at Ban Kaeng Jao bus stop and call the resort for pick-up.

On the way, you will pass Trai Yok Waterfall, which is right by the road. It's lunchtime, so we can stop for lunch there.

Although it is a small waterfall, it is very beautiful and natural. The water is clear and inviting, but I didn't get to take many pictures because it started raining soon after I arrived.

We then headed straight to our accommodation.

We arrived at the accommodation around 1:30 PM. We waited because check-in was not available until 2:00 PM.

While waiting, we took some photos at the check-in point.

It also has a swimming pool.

Let's go check out the swimming pool. It's huge! If you want to swim, bring your swimsuit. 😉

It looks very fun to play, especially in the late afternoon. It will definitely be very crowded.

This is the accommodation zone on the upper side. The price will be more expensive than the floating raft by the water.

It was two o'clock in the afternoon when the staff called us to check in, receive our keys, and head to our rooms.

The room has a wonderful atmosphere. When I opened the curtains, I was greeted by a refreshing view of the river.

A soft bed and a wonderful atmosphere.

The room is air-conditioned, so you won't have to worry about being hot.

The bathroom has a water heater, so don't worry if you're afraid of the cold.

Let's take a look at the view from the front of the room. Hmm, the atmosphere is quite nice.

Let's take a lot of photos! It's great to relax like this after a tiring day at work. Let's take a deep breath of fresh air.

Take a nap in the afternoon, we have an appointment to play water and raft together.

4:00 PM. We arrived at the meeting point to prepare for the raft trip. There are two departures from here: 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You can play both rounds.

Let's go!

We will be towed by a boat and released to float downstream for approximately 2 kilometers.

The water is quite strong, allowing you to float freely with the current. Enjoy the gentle relaxation.

Highly recommended! If you visit and don't try it, you'll regret it. Don't miss out!

Following the flow of the water, the boat will stop and wait for us ahead. We can play both rounds, but in the first round, I didn't dare to go down. Haha. In the second round, I thought, "What the heck, I'm already here, so I might as well try it."

After playing in the water, I returned to my room to shower and freshen up before heading out for dinner. The meal was a buffet, and unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. However, everything was delicious!

Evening atmosphere

It rained heavily most of the night, making the water slightly cloudy.

The Jacuzzi by the river is a popular spot for photos, as evidenced by the many reviews that feature it. I couldn't resist taking a picture myself!

Anyone who comes here must try it out. It's incredibly fun!

There are two pools, one of which is indoors.

The morning atmosphere is filled with a light mist, creating a beautiful scene.

Enjoy breakfast in this atmosphere. The food is buffet-style.

Before leaving, I took a picture of myself as a memento. Since no one was around to take it for me, I set up the camera and took it myself. 5555

After a satisfying meal, pack your bags, check out, and head straight to the Bridge over the River Kwai. Don't miss this iconic landmark, or you'll regret not experiencing the true essence of Kanchanaburi.

This bridge is incredibly captivating, especially when a train passes by.

This angle is beautiful.

Follow the GPS to reach the destination without getting lost. 5555

The translation of the Thai text "สวยงามตามท้องเรื่อง ใหญ่อลังการมาก" is:

Beautiful and grand, as befits the story.

Truly beautiful, every angle is stunning.

Finally, we continued to Wat Tham Suea.

The trip to Kanchanaburi for 2 days and 1 night on a budget of no more than 2,000 baht concludes with a prayer and merit-making at the temple.
