Hello, holiday! On a day off like this, I couldn't miss a good opportunity like this. I had to go get a cup of bingsu. So I went straight to my usual shop. From the many reviews I've written, you can probably see that I'm a big fan of this shop for many reasons that have impressed me. The shop is called "Solbing" and is located in Siam Square Soi 2. It's a 4-story Korean-style shop with a very warm atmosphere, especially on the 3rd floor, which is beautifully decorated.

The menu I ordered was called "Strawberry Tiramisu Sulbing". It consisted of fresh strawberries drizzled with strawberry sauce, a tiramisu cake in the center, and half a strawberry arranged on top of the cake with a generous amount of strawberry sauce, creating a visually stunning presentation. The bottom layer featured a unique variety of toppings, unlike anything I've encountered before. This was the first time I'd seen a dessert with this type of bottom ice layer, and it delivered a burst of strawberry flavor.
