Immerse Yourself in Art at MOCA: A Solo Adventure

This exhibition at MOCA offers a unique opportunity for solo exploration, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the power of art. With five floors dedicated to showcasing diverse works by numerous artists, MOCA provides an enriching experience for art enthusiasts of all levels.

Getting There:

If you are coming from downtown Bangkok, drive along Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. When you reach Wat Samian Nari, turn onto the local road. Drive straight for a while, passing the intersection with Ngamwongwan Road and BTS Bang Khen. You will see MOCA on your left-hand side.

If traveling by bus from BTS Chatuchak, you can take bus number 510 or 29 and get off at the Kasetsart University bus stop.

Terms and Conditions

The museum's opening hours and admission fees are shown in the picture.

Atmosphere and Artwork

Those who drive their own vehicles can park them under the building. The security guards here are very helpful, providing directions at regular intervals to ensure you don't get lost.

First, purchase a ticket to enter the museum. You will receive a MOCA guide and a sticker to stick on it.

Let's get ready and head inside!

The first floor features rotating exhibitions. During my visit, MOCA was hosting a "Photographic Exhibition in Honor of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great." This zone was filled with portraits of King Rama IX and members of the royal family.

This exhibition will be held from June 13 to December 31, 2017 only. Don't miss it!

And other artworks are fully displayed on the 5th floor of the MOCA building. Let's go see it.

Why do I feel particularly fond of the image of Uncle Crow (I named it myself)?

There is a bridge across the universe. Let's go explore the universe.

Note: Photography is strictly prohibited in the "Richard Green" room due to copyright restrictions on the artwork displayed. Please respect this rule and only photograph the room's sign. The room's walls are painted in a light green hue, distinguishing it from other rooms.

These images are just a small selection of the artwork on display. Come and see them for yourself at MOCA! Art lovers shouldn't miss this opportunity. "To empower you!"

Wait! Almost forgot! On the first floor, there's also a "Love Hometown" coffee shop. After enjoying the art, you can continue to enjoy coffee there.

To conclude, here are a few more images of the garden in front of the building.
