Who else loves boat noodles like us? Raise your hand!

As an avid fan of boat noodles, I find it increasingly difficult to locate exceptional establishments in Bangkok. Even renowned areas like Victory Monument, with its abundance of vendors, fail to impress my palate. While the atmosphere and camaraderie with friends make for an enjoyable experience, the taste leaves much to be desired. The only exception I've encountered is Audrey's in Thonglor, which boasts an exceptional flavor profile but comes at a hefty price of 180 baht per bowl. Unfortunately, my budget cannot accommodate such extravagance.

Two months ago, during a trip to Chiang Rai, a local recommended a boat noodle restaurant they had frequented since childhood, praising its exceptional taste. Intrigued, we requested directions. Despite our careful observation, we couldn't locate any street or alley signs, and the heavy rain discouraged further exploration. We inquired about providing directions for others interested in visiting. The response was a simple, "Just go to 'Go Liang' behind Central Chiang Rai. Everyone knows it." So, there you have it.

We went there with a large group and ordered a variety of dishes. I also tried some of my friend's noodles, which were delicious. I ordered the "mee pok" with pork, which was also very good.

The image you provided is a photograph of a young woman smiling and holding a bouquet of flowers. She is wearing a white dress and standing in front of a white background. The photograph is well-lit and in focus. The woman's expression is happy and relaxed. The flowers are colorful and vibrant. The overall impression of the photograph is one of joy and celebration.

Our friends ordered beef noodle soup and beef stew. The aroma of the broth was so enticing that our mouths were watering as we waited. When the dishes arrived, we couldn't resist digging in!

The image depicts a group of people gathered around a table, engaged in a lively discussion. The table is covered with papers and books, suggesting that they are working on a project or assignment. The participants appear to be actively engaged in the conversation, with some leaning forward and gesturing with their hands. The overall atmosphere is one of collaboration and intellectual stimulation.

This dish is incredibly delicious. If you ever find yourself in Chiang Rai, I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't regret it. A single serving costs between 35 and 50 baht, and while the portion of pork rind could be more generous, the meatballs are truly exceptional.
