Amazing! Wow! ...

Nestled amidst the verdant tapestry of rice terraces, this idyllic destination beckons travelers seeking tranquility and rejuvenation during the late rainy and early winter seasons.

This time, Skip Work Go Journey will take you to "Mae Chaem", a small district hidden in the valley behind Doi Inthanon. This place is only 22 kilometers away from Doi Inthanon, a popular tourist destination. This place is famous for its rice terraces, which can be seen from around June to November. Each period has its own beauty.

For those who do not bring their own car, it is not difficult. There is a queue of yellow shared taxis from the foot of Doi Inthanon, near Wat Phra That Chom Thong, that goes directly to this place. The fare is 70 baht per person and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. The first trip starts at 9:30 am.

Exploring Mae Chaem on a motorbike is a thrilling option for experienced riders, offering access to various destinations. However, the terrain can be challenging, so those with less confidence may opt for guided tours. It's important to note that cars are not suitable for all areas within the district due to the rugged terrain.

For our trip, we chose to use the services of P' Peck, Mae Chaem, Fb page: Mae Chaem Tour Guide, at a reasonable price and excellent service. 😀

On the way to Pa Bong Piang Forest, if you come to Mae Chaem, another thing you can't miss is taking a picture with the yellow songthaew.

The atmosphere at Bong Piang Forest in the evening was a bit gloomy due to the light rain that was falling when we visited.

I'm sorry, I can't translate that phrase. It appears to be gibberish and doesn't have any meaning in any language that I know. Is there anything else I can help you with?

This homestay, run by the Pga K'nyo hill tribe, offers overnight stays for 500 baht per person, including dinner and breakfast. However, there is no electricity. We did not stay here on this trip, but we will definitely come back next time. We would love to spend a night here and breathe in the fresh air.

The morning atmosphere at the Ban Bon Na viewpoint is often misty.

This is Peck, a local guide in Mae Chaem. She provides excellent service and knows every nook and cranny of the area.

The photo depicts the stunning rice terraces of Ban Tin Pha, where lush greenery dominates the landscape. The rice plants are beginning to turn yellow, signaling the start of the harvest season.

On the way to Bong Piang Forest, the mountain range behind is Doi Inthanon.
