The staff will refill this green tea for you throughout your meal. This green tea is included in the price of 499+ baht. The green tea here has a mild, unsweetened flavor. You may notice some tea powder at the bottom of the cup. It's a great way to quench your thirst and cleanse your palate.
Let's zoom in and see how delicious the salmon here is. The left one looks delicious, and the right one is also tempting.
And here is all the food we ordered!!! It looks so delicious!!! Let's dissect each one.
Top left - bottom left: Salmon salad.
The salmon pieces, while not overly large, were tightly packed in the bowl, showcasing a clear marbling pattern. Some pieces boasted generous amounts of fat, with particularly prominent marbling. The salmon was fresh and vibrant, tossed in a flavorful dressing that lacked excessive heat. Compared to Otoku's offering, Fuku's dressing presented a milder profile. A sprinkle of fresh, crisp cilantro adorned the dish, adding a welcome touch of herbaceousness.
Top Right - Crunchy Salmon Roll and Salmon Sushi with Saikyo Sauce
The crunchy texture comes from the crispy tempura batter sprinkled on top. The salmon roll has perfectly cooked rice that isn't mushy. The tamagoyaki is sweet and fluffy, while the cucumber is crisp and not overly sweet. The overall flavor is balanced, with a spicy sauce and tobiko topping that adds a delicious kick.
Salmon sushi with saikyo sauce. The salmon is sliced into bite-sized pieces, not too small but not too thick. The rice is just the right amount, and the saikyo sauce is delicious, with a sweet and salty flavor. It's hard to describe, but we think it's delicious.
Bottom right - Salmon sashimi belly
The salmon belly is incredibly delicious with its rich, buttery texture. The salmon itself is fresh and has a beautiful marbling. It's so good, it's like flying! However, I wouldn't recommend ordering too much as it can get a bit rich. But it's definitely my favorite dish. Just a heads up, the soy sauce here is on the less salty side, so you might want to dip generously.
To conclude, we sipped the hot miso soup from the cup to soothe our throats and cleanse our palates from the previous indulgence of the "น้องม่อน" dish. The soy sauce soup here has a well-balanced flavor, slightly salty, and the temperature is just right, not too hot and not too cold.
After finishing your meal, you can call the staff to pay the bill.
Food cost = 499 baht
VAT 7% = 34.93 baht
Total = 533.93 baht
Payment = 534 baht
Overall, it's worth a full 10. You can eat for 2 hours, the menu is diverse, and the salmon is excellent. I highly recommend it!
