Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a mini donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before inverting them onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- To make the glaze, whisk together the strawberry jam and powdered sugar until smooth.
