The menu here is truly extensive. The "B" section features a self-service bar with a wide variety of fresh and large-sized items, including drinks, soups, shrimp, clams, crabs, fish, and sushi.
This restaurant provides a grill, scissors that can cut anything, and crab claw tongs. If we fill this plate with shells, the staff will frequently replace it with a new one. It's adorable! However, we rarely use it because the staff shucks almost everything. They said it's a complimentary service from the restaurant, taking care of customers for free. How sweet!
Starting with the first dish, I got up to scoop some crab and shellfish. I could take as much as I wanted, but I get full easily, so I just took a small amount. I couldn't help but notice the table behind me had piled their plates high!
After removing the rubber bands from the crab and clams, we placed them on the grill. The charcoal grill was a great feature, and the staff promptly replaced the blackened grates without us even asking. They also assisted us with grilling, demonstrating exceptional hospitality. Additionally, they helped us remove the crab shells, which was incredibly thoughtful. The smoke rising from the crab must have been scorching their hands, but their dedication allowed us to savor the delicious food. The crab meat was incredibly sweet, and we couldn't resist ordering four. The clams, when dipped in the seafood sauce, were beyond description. They were fresh, flavorful, and equally sweet.
For those who love shrimp, this is the place to be! The shrimp here are large and juicy, especially considering the affordable price. You won't find such large shrimp at such a low price anywhere else. The best part is the succulent head, bursting with flavorful roe. The shrimp meat is incredibly fresh and peels effortlessly from the shell. Each bite is a delightful combination of firm texture and juicy sweetness.
This barbecue paradise offers a wide variety of meats, including pork and beef. Bacon lovers will be delighted with the selection, while the beef, though flavorful, can be a bit tough. Consider trying other options if you prefer a more tender cut.
The other dish that impressed me was the sushi. I started with the salmon roll, which was quite large and had a generous amount of rice and salmon. The salmon sauce was delicious, with both sweet and spicy options (although I didn't find the spicy option to be very spicy). The salmon itself didn't have much marbling, but it tasted good. My favorite was the shrimp sushi, which used small river prawns, making it larger than sushi from other places. It was a satisfying mouthful. I won't describe it further; you'll have to try it yourself to see how good it is. As for the wagyu, as I mentioned earlier, I found the meat difficult to chew, so I swallowed large pieces whole, almost choking. Therefore, I would only recommend the salmon and shrimp.
