Hello everyone, today we had the opportunity to go to the Exchange Tower for business. We were immediately drawn to the NAEKI Sushi restaurant, which is the same one located at BTS Siam. However, this location offers dine-in options. As soon as we saw that, our feet started moving quickly, and before we knew it, we were standing at the counter.

This place offers Japanese food such as salmon sashimi, sushi rolls, soup, and green tea. Customers can take the food themselves and pay at the counter. They can then take the food home in a bag or eat it at the restaurant.

Today, we opted for the Salmon Roll, which is pictured below.

The salmon roll we received consisted of 6 large pieces. The pieces were so large that I had to cut them in half to eat them in one sitting.

Taste

If eaten as a word

The initial impression was that the bite was substantial, almost too large to chew comfortably. The flavor was a sweet and savory combination, with a subtle hint of soy sauce. It was delicious, well-balanced, and truly satisfying.

If separated into pieces (the last piece, the author sat and tasted one by one 555)

- Starting with the salmon roe on top, it bursts in your mouth with a creamy, non-fishy flavor. I'm not usually a fan of salmon roe, but this restaurant gets a thumbs up from me.

- The mayonnaise that accompanied the salmon roe was unremarkable in flavor.

  • Let's move on to the salmon. The salmon flesh is fresh, with a clear pattern and not too small pieces. There is no fishy smell, it is very delicious.

- The rice is not mushy, it is very tightly packed and does not break apart when dipped in soy sauce. The rice has a slightly sweet taste and is very delicious.

- The seaweed was chewy. Someone else might have been able to bite through it, as it wasn't overly tough. (I apologize that I couldn't bite through it myself, as I have a problem that prevents me from using my front teeth to bite into hard or chewy foods. T^T)

  • Next, the cucumber. The cucumber was cool, crisp, and sweet. Before eating it, I thought it would be bitter, but it wasn't at all. (Normally, I don't eat vegetables because they are bitter, but this one passed the test.)
  • The sweet egg is sweet and delicious. I like it. There's not much to say about the sweet egg.

- The crab stick was surprisingly sweet, despite its bland appearance.

Typically, after eating, people drink water, right? The author also ordered water!

The drink that the OP ordered was... plain green tea

The author took a sip and then realized they forgot to take a picture.

Their green tea is truly tasteless. It tastes like there is tea in the water, not just tea water.

After finishing our meal, we must take the tray and garbage to the designated collection area.
