Hello everyone, we are back again. Today is a holiday.
However, since we have already stopped, we are looking for tourist attractions near Bangkok.
Let's take a one-day trip to Nakhon Nayok.
This trip, we chartered a train carriage for our journey.
Many people may not know that trains also run through Nakhon Nayok Province.
Our rough destination is as follows:
- Thai Phuan House Museum
- Worshiping the Buddha Yantri
- Boat trip at Khun Dan Prakarn Chon Dam
- Play at 2 waterfalls
"As the slogan goes, 'Travel anywhere you want when you're grown up,' let's embark on a journey together."
This trip, we started our journey at Hua Lamphong with our group "Diew Pa Pai". This place may be the destination of many people, but it is the starting point for us.
We traveled on an ordinary train, number
256 Bangkok to Aranyaprathet. The train departs from Hua Lamphong Station at 5:55 AM. For this trip, we have rented a 3rd class train carriage, which is attached to the front of the locomotive. We have a total of 68 people joining us on this trip.
While waiting for all members to arrive and for the train to depart, we took some photos. This trip will not only see members boarding at Hua Lamphong, but also at stations along the way.
As the train departed, friends took photos and got to know each other on board. For some, this was their first trip, while others had been on many before. ^^
The train arrived at Lat Krabang Station. All members boarded the train. Let's take a look at the atmosphere inside the reserved carriage.
A surprise birthday party was held.
9:00 AM: The train arrived at Ban Pak Phli station 10 minutes late. For us, this is considered relatively on time.
The train cut off the carriages we had chartered and left them at Ban Pak Phli station. The station master at Ban Pak Phli was very helpful to us, and we would like to thank him for his assistance.

The station building's atmosphere is simple and unpretentious.
Let's take a group photo to capture this memory before we get on the bus.
Upon exiting the train station, we were greeted by the pre-arranged bus, ready to transport us to our destination. The driver, a kind-hearted individual, ensured a comfortable and efficient journey.
The distance from Ban Pak Phli Railway Station to Wat Fang Khlong (Thai Phuan House Museum) is approximately 16 kilometers. Let's get on the bus and travel with us.
Our first stop, the "Thai Phuan House Museum," is a 20-minute journey from the train station.
The museum comprises three main areas: an exhibition space, a conference room, and a library corner, which are open to the public for research and study. The exhibition area is a long hall, one side of which is the "Heuan Thai Puan," which replicates a Thai Puan house and its household utensils. There is also an exhibition area with various artifacts.
Outside the museum, young women take selfies.
The museum offers guided tours to provide visitors with insights and information during their visit.
The lower floor of the museum will display various antique household items of the Thai Phuan people.
The second floor will be a room divided into sections to showcase the simple lifestyle of the Thai Phuan people.
There are also wax figures. We think they are sculpted to look just like real people.
We spent about an hour here before taking the bus to our next destination.
The second tourist spot, Buddha Jayanti, is approximately 20 kilometers from the Thai Phuan House Museum.
The atmosphere on the bus during the journey to Phatthalung was filled with joyous smiles.
The journey takes approximately 30 minutes by car. Here is a picture of the vehicle that transported us. The Magha Puja Buddhist Park, covering an area of 53 rai, is situated near the entrance to Salika Waterfall and is surrounded by mountains with a flowing stream. Upon entering the park, one is greeted by a majestic statue of the Buddha in the preaching posture, measuring 9 meters wide and 13.5 meters tall, representing the Lord Buddha himself. The surrounding area features 1,250 Buddha statues, each 90 cm wide, symbolizing the disciples, commemorating the significant event during the Buddha's time.
Upon arrival, the group took a commemorative photo together.
The atmosphere today is a bit hot.
There is also a large Ganesha statue nearby.
After paying our respects and taking photos for a while, we traveled to our next stop, the Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam.
The distance to the dam is approximately 10 kilometers.
The scenery on both sides of the road before reaching the dam was refreshing, even though the sun was strong.
The dam is huge! It's massive!
We stopped to refuel before embarking on our boat trip.
It took us approximately 30 minutes to reach the dam. The road leading up to the dam was quite congested due to the large number of tour groups visiting on the day we were there. As a result, the parking lot was quite full.
There are many shops near the parking lot. Don't worry about going hungry when you visit Khun Dan Dam. ^^
The water in the dam and the atmosphere are really great. We want to say that the real thing is much more beautiful than the picture.
We have rented three boats in advance to take our friends on a scenic cruise on the dam. Everyone is wearing life jackets and getting ready to board the boats.
Before boarding the boat, let's take a group photo! 😀😀
I would like to post a picture of myself.
Our three boats followed each other, which made us feel much more at ease.
The atmosphere is extraordinary, isn't it? It feels like we're at the Cheow Lan Dam in Surat Thani province. The views are just as beautiful.

The atmosphere was filled with a refreshing mix of excitement and smiles from the members of each boat.
The boat has now turned towards the shore. The reason for this is that the boat will be stopping at a waterfall for us to visit. However, it is important to note that this particular waterfall is not suitable for swimming. Instead, it is more appropriate for taking photos. Yes, we will be climbing the waterfall.
Be careful when boarding the boat. The boarding area is a bit difficult.
The initial phase of the journey involves a 300-meter ascent to the waterfall. Ropes are provided to assist with climbing and gripping during the ascent.
A ten-minute walk will bring you to the waterfall.
The girls are tireless, taking photos all the way even when they have free time. 555
We have reached the top of the waterfall. How beautiful is it? ^^ We will stay here for 1 hour.
Sometimes we don't realize how beautiful the scenery is until we forget how far we've come. . . .
We continued our boat ride until we reached the final waterfall. This spot is also perfect for swimming.
The boat is waiting for us in front of the waterfall. This area is a pristine forest with abundant natural resources that have not yet been heavily impacted by humans. As a result, there are swarms of butterflies and various insects all over the waterfall. When we entered the swimming area, the insects flew away.
A view of the waterfall surroundings.
Some friends are having fun playing in the waterfall.
Some of us sat around soaking up the atmosphere, while others took photos to capture the memories. We played in the water until 3:00 PM, and then it was time to head back to shore. We had to catch the 4:46 PM train, so we needed to be at the station by 4:30 PM.
The atmosphere while riding the boat to shore.
Before getting on the bus back to the train station, the girls asked for one last photo. ^^
The distance from Khun Dan Prakarn Chon Dam to Ban Pak Phli Railway Station is approximately 40 kilometers.
We arrived at the train station right on time, at 4:30 PM.
While waiting for the train to arrive at the station, we allowed the members to board the reserved carriage. The train would then couple our carriage to the main train for our return journey to Bangkok.
The train has arrived at Ban Pak Phli station on time.
The last carriage of the train will slowly reverse to connect with our carriage. Once connected, we will become the last carriage of the train.

A glimpse of the atmosphere on the train back to Bangkok.
19.40 hrs. The train arrived in Bangkok (Hualamphong) on time. We arrived in Bangkok safely.
This trip may be your first time with us, or you may have joined us on many previous occasions.
In the end, we got to know each other, traveled together, and most importantly, became friends. Thank you for reading to the end.
