📢📢 Guangzhou Water Market

💵 Entrance fee: 25 baht/person

This is a blank paragraph.

The Guangzhou Floating Market is the only floating market in Thailand located on a waterfall.

The market is a lush bamboo forest interspersed with large, shady trees, creating a cool and comfortable atmosphere.

Although we arrived almost at noon under the blazing sun, we were able to walk around comfortably.

While the name "Guangzhou" may sound similar to Chinese, it actually originates from the Karen language.

Deer = Deer

Zhou = Big / Big brother

This market was once home to a large deer, hence its name.

Although Big Brother is no longer with us,

A small chick, "Jungle Fowl", greeted us at the entrance.

A cute little gimmick before entering.

Note: The original text only contained an empty paragraph tag. As there was no actual text to translate, I have simply provided an empty paragraph tag in the translation as well.

This market's main attraction is the opportunity to purchase locally produced goods directly from the farmers and artisans who created them.

Fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, as well as processed products, at affordable prices.

The upper level features a water play area with 2-3 activity stations for teenagers to enjoy.

In the center, there will be a bamboo raft for relaxing, eating, or soaking your feet in a free fish spa.

Food will be purchased from a shop on the shore and then brought to the raft to eat.

Alternatively, you can wait to buy from vendors who paddle boats to sell their goods.

Some shops will include a bamboo cylinder like this, which is very cute.

Another charming aspect of this market is its price control, ensuring that food is not sold at exorbitant prices.

(On average, 35-50 baht per item)

After a satisfying meal, you can rent a boat for 50 baht per hour and enjoy a leisurely paddle on the water.

Please deposit your plastic bottles in the collection bin before leaving. This will contribute to the scholarship fund for underprivileged students.

This family-friendly destination offers a plethora of exciting activities, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all ages.

📢📢 Bang Tabun

Google: Pinning "Bang Taboon"

Bang Taboon is the name of a bay located at the bottom of the Gulf of Thailand. The deltaic plain in this area is rich in fertile clay soil.

Renowned for its clam farms, salt fields, and the famed Don Hoi Lot.

And most importantly, "chakram," a local vegetable found in this area. If you have a trip to Phetchaburi, I would like you to try it.

The provided text is empty. There is nothing to translate.

This area is home to many famous restaurants.

The signature dish is likely the steamed fresh blue crab, ready to eat, served on a plate like this.

Dipped in a spicy seafood sauce, so delicious it's unforgettable.

Note: The original text is empty, so the translation is also empty.

"Sesbania", the protagonist of this story, is delicious whether stir-fried with eggs, in a seafood salad, or in a sour curry.

Spicy Stir-Fried Cockles, a perfect dish for both men and women.

Your parents may find it a bit difficult to chew.

Conclude with a steaming bowl of sour mackerel soup, a refreshing and flavorful end to the meal.

Fresh, sweet, and delicious fish meat

Savoring the meal while observing the community's way of life, I lost track of time and finished my plate without realizing it.

📢📢 First Sand Beach Viewpoint

Google: Pinpointing the "First Grain of Sand" Beach

The Eastern Shores of the Gulf of Thailand: Where the Sands Begin

This location marks the easternmost point of the Gulf of Thailand, earning it the nickname "First Grain of Sand Beach."

The beach is approximately 2 km long with fine white sand. The waves and wind are relatively strong.

The tranquil atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for a picnic.

This solitary tree is the star of the beach, standing alone and proud.

📢📢 Laem Phak Bia 📢📢

Google: Pin "Wat Samut Khot Dam"

💵 Admission Fee: Free

💵 Bicycle rental fee: 25 baht/bike

"Cape Pak Bia," or its full name, "The Cape Pak Bia Environmental Research and Development Project Initiated by His Majesty the King," was the final destination of our trip.

This is one of the wastewater treatment projects and creates a balance for the mangrove forest.

Free shuttle service with tour guide commentary is available.

For those who prefer a more active experience, bicycle rentals are available for exploring the surrounding area. Staff will provide you with a map.

The highlight of this place is the nature trail through the mangrove ecosystem.

A wooden bridge stretching 850 meters, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

No need to worry about the scorching sun and dripping sweat, as the towering mangrove and nipa palm trees lining both sides of the path arch over, forming a natural tunnel that shields us from the sun's rays.

The nature is still pristine, with sightings of mudskippers, crabs, and water snakes.

As we walk, if we hear the sound "click, click" like someone snapping their fingers, there's no need to be surprised.

That is the sound of a "pistol shrimp" snapping its claw to propel itself backward into the mud.

Couples also like to come here for pre-wedding photoshoots.

The atmosphere at the end of the bridge is excellent.

The trip concludes with the evening atmosphere of Laem Phak Bia.

This weekend, if you don't have any plans yet.

I recommend Phetchaburi as another option for your travels.
