The Origin and Purpose of the "Friend of Animals" Zoo

The "Friend of Animals" Zoo was established with the primary goal of providing care and rehabilitation for injured or abandoned animals. The zoo's design prioritizes the well-being of its inhabitants, creating enclosures and environments that mimic their natural habitats. Due to space limitations, the zoo primarily houses small animals.

The name "Friend of Animals" originates from the Thai word "derachan," which refers to any animal with a backbone parallel to the ground. While not inherently offensive, the word has been adopted as a vulgar term in Thai culture.

The zoo is divided into two distinct zones: the animal exhibit area and a noodle restaurant. Visitors can enjoy both attractions, allowing them to observe the animals while enjoying a meal or vice versa.

Notably, the noodles here are served in a unique way that sets them apart from typical duck noodle dishes. Instead of using bowls, the noodles are served in large basins, creating a striking and memorable presentation.

Appealing in appearance and delicious in taste.

Everything from spoons to basins is big.

Served with a variety of beverages.

The price is according to this sign.

Please support generously to help these animals in need.

After finishing the delicious noodles, it's time to visit our animal friends.

Visiting hours are as indicated on the sign. Importantly, admission is free.

Such a good idea is rare, so let's support it together.

Let's take a look and see what kind of friends are there.

A considerable amount. Let's take a look.

This serves as a small token of encouragement for the caregivers.

This area is located on the upper level. There is another zone with a large cage containing various birds and chickens. I must admit that I was too afraid to go down, so I will leave it to those who are interested to visit themselves. 555
