Before I begin, I want to clarify that aside from cafes, which I adore, sushi is another favorite of mine. However, I'm not a connoisseur; I simply enjoy eating it. I recall a time when sushi restaurants weren't as plentiful as they are now (I must be getting old, haha). If we wanted sushi, we had to travel into the city. We made the effort to go, and it was worth it. Recently, with the surge of new sushi restaurants, I've tried nearly every one. Lately, it's become overwhelming; there are just too many. As a result, I've found myself returning to this particular restaurant on a regular basis.

Kabocha restaurant, Ladprao 19 branch. The restaurant now has several branches, but this branch is the most convenient for us. Before we used to eat at another restaurant, which everyone must know, but the last few times we went, we weren't very impressed, so we switched to this restaurant instead. In our opinion, the fish here is of good quality and good value for money. There are many menus to choose from and there are many promotions. As for the menus that are not included in the promotion, the price is acceptable, not too expensive. We are not getting paid to say this, but we really like it, so we want to recommend it as an option for people who like sushi too. ^ ^

The restaurant recently launched a new menu, so we decided to try it again. We were still impressed.

This dish is grilled crab fat served in its shell. It's very rich and flavorful, reminding me of my trip to Osaka.


This is a grilled scallop with teriyaki sauce.

One lobster can be used to make three dishes: sashimi, stir-fried with butter, and soup.
