Many times when people invite me to eat Indian food, I immediately feel that it is difficult to eat and I don't know how to eat it. However, when I came across the Sunday Brunch International Buffet Indian Fusion at MAYA restaurant at HOLIDAY INN BANGKOK SUKHUMVIT, I had to change my mind immediately.

The diverse flavors are designed to be easy and enjoyable to eat.
Many of the dishes we had never seen before, and we were impressed when we tried them. The spices were fragrant but not overpowering.
The key to enjoying Indian food is to eat it while it is still hot. Most of the dishes are thick curries, and the flavor can be lost if the food gets cold.

For those who want to indulge, the restaurant also offers an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet with fresh, sweet seafood, including succulent crab. This was a personal favorite. The dessert selection is vast and tempting, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The ice cream is particularly delicious.
