I'm not sure why, but every time I visit Chanthaburi, it rains heavily. This trip was no exception, with rain falling throughout the journey. However, it was just a light drizzle, and it couldn't stop us from continuing our travels.
Parking and guest lounge with a beverage corner. There is also a recreation room that serves as a game room.
This trip was a journey to visit the fruit orchards of Chanthaburi, a long-standing tradition that finally came to fruition this year. Having previously stayed at the Chaolao Toa Sang Beach Hotel and been impressed by its service, rooms, and the delicious food at the hotel's Sea Thru restaurant, we decided to change our accommodation from the city center to a beachfront hotel on a whim.
Beautiful receptionist
We were fortunate to find accommodation, as most rooms were fully booked due to the peak season in Chanthaburi. Although we were unable to secure a beachfront room like our previous stay, we managed to secure a room at the Chaolao To Sang Beach Resort.

The sun is setting.
This time we got a room on the 4th floor. But we could see the sea view from every room. Plus, we could see the beautiful garden of the hotel.

Deluxe Room
The deluxe room is painted in a deep blue color, with an emphasis on playing with light in different corners of the room. Inside the room, there are two 5-foot beds (we went with three people). Each room has a large glass window to enjoy the view of the garden and the sea outside.

The room is fully equipped with amenities, just like the beachfront rooms.
Amenities are neatly and beautifully arranged.
The primary purpose of our stay at the Chaolao Toesang Beach Hotel was not solely driven by its convenient location and excellent service. We were also drawn to the delectable cuisine offered at the hotel's Sea Thru restaurant. However, shortly after checking into our room, a torrential downpour commenced, leaving us with no choice but to seek refuge indoors. Coupled with the fatigue from our journey, we collectively decided to indulge in the snacks provided in the minibar and retire for the night, reluctantly foregoing our planned dinner.
The bathroom is stylish with white tiles and black grout. The photos don't do it justice, it's even more beautiful in person.
One of the highlights of the Chaolao Toesang Beach Hotel is its spacious beachfront area. Every morning, the hotel invites monks from a nearby monastery to walk through the area for morning alms. The hotel provides convenience by selling alms-giving sets to guests at reasonable and affordable prices.

At 6:30 a.m., the monks arrived at the hotel beach, where a large number of guests had gathered to offer alms and make merit.
Breakfast at Sea Thru Restaurant.
Unfortunately, it rained this morning, soaking both monks and laypeople alike. However, there is shelter from the rain right in front of the beach, or you can have breakfast right away, as the Sea Thru restaurant is nearby.

Breakfast should start with yogurt and cornflakes.
Another bowl of rice porridge to warm your stomach.
And then the big set.
Despite indulging in the minibar last night, breakfast always manages to provide solace. The flavors remain consistently delicious, thanks to the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The salad greens are crisp, the dressings are flavorful and varied, and the seasonal fruits are plentiful. The only notable absence is durian, which is strictly prohibited.

Despite the rain, there was a steady stream of people swimming.
The beach area that has just been flooded with rain
It is unfortunate that we must depart today, as the rain shows no signs of stopping. We anticipate driving home in the rain.
