Tapioca offers a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, spices, and liquors for customers to choose from. The menu features unique names that spark curiosity, such as "Crying Tiger." This cocktail is said to have a flavor similar to Isaan food. Unfortunately, during my visit, the ingredients for this menu were not complete. The bartender recommended trying the signature cocktails instead, which were served in four glasses.

E&G is a refreshing drink with a slightly sour taste, thanks to the plum powder coating on the rim of the glass and the maple leaf garnish. The main ingredient in E&G is Caorunn (Ka-Roon) gin, a premium spirit from Scotland. Caorunn is made using 11 local botanicals that are distilled in a unique copper berry chamber, giving the gin its distinctive aroma. I enjoyed the taste of Caorunn Gin and believe it would also make a delicious addition to other cocktails.

Phraya Ginger Old Fashioned

This cocktail is served on the rocks and features Phraya rum, a premium brand with a stylish name. The bartender presented a luxurious-looking bottle with a gold-patterned cap. This drink packs a punch with its intense and potent flavor.

Grounded Toasted Rice– Yoghurt It's hard to believe that pounded toasted rice can be used as an ingredient in a cocktail, but Thaipioka has done it, and it tastes delicious. The aroma wafts up to your nose as you drink, blending with the grains and yogurt. This menu item is a favorite, and I don't think there's anything like it anywhere else.
