#Hand in hand with your lover on Koh Lan
Hand in hand with my girlfriend, we embarked on a short trip to Koh Larn. With limited time, we sought a nearby beach escape, and Koh Larn, just a two-hour drive and a leisurely half-hour boat ride from Pattaya, fit the bill perfectly. This trip wasn't about reviewing accommodations; our focus was finding pristine beaches with crystal-clear waters, devoid of crowds. We wanted to relax, swim, and take pictures, especially my girlfriend, who finds immense joy in capturing memories, particularly when adorned in her favorite bikini.
Which beach is the best for us? Koh Larn has 7 beaches in total:
1. Haad Ta Yai
2. Thong Lang Beach
3. Haad Ta Waen
- Sangwan Beach
- Haad Thian
6. Sam Beach
7. Nuan Beach
After exploring the entire island's beaches by motorbike, we decided on Hat Ta Yai as the location for our next day's photography session.
The highlight of Haad Ta Yaay is its crystal-clear water and the lack of large crowds, making it feel secluded. Located at the northernmost tip of the island, Haad Ta Yaay is best accessed by motorbike or motorbike taxi.
The Hat Ta Yai beach is not very famous because it is not very long and the entrance is on private property with limited access hours. However, this makes for a relatively good atmosphere. The sand is light brown mixed with stones, which may be a bit rough on the feet, but not a problem. At both ends, there are rocky outcrops. The water is crystal clear, making it one of the top beaches for clear water on Koh Lan. This is perfect for the purpose of our trip, even though the mood and beauty of the sea here cannot compete with the southern seas. It still allows us to relax and enjoy nature near Bangkok.
Tai Yai Beach is a private location with a single restaurant offering service. Beautiful canvas beds are available for use on the beach and by the rocky cliffs. This beach is primarily frequented by foreign tourists who come to sunbathe and enjoy the water. What we liked most was the clean, quiet, and uncrowded beach.
For those who seek tranquility akin to a private beach, we recommend Hat Ta Yai.
The designated swimming and diving area is clearly marked by buoys, making it safe and suitable for snorkeling and diving. For those who prefer snorkeling, it is recommended to bring your own equipment.
The sand is not very white, but rather brown, but it is clean. There are many cool photo spots to choose from, so you can have fun taking pictures.
Bikini-clad ladies who enjoy taking photos will not be disappointed at this beach.
The left side of the rocky outcrop extends into the sea, creating a stunning and picturesque scene.
The rocky cliffs on the right side of the beach are equally beautiful, offering shade for relaxing on the sandy beach. Thank you to all our readers for stopping by to read our review. If you enjoyed it, please share it to provide another option for tourists. This weekend, ladies, don't forget to pack your bags with your favorite bikinis and grab your boyfriends to go swimming and take pictures at Haad Tawan Beach. We guarantee that there will be enough happiness here for you to take home. See you on our next trip!
