We returned to the Lomprayah office at 8:30 PM. The Lomprayah staff then took all passengers to the nearby departure point, just 5 minutes away from the Lomprayah office.

The bus departs from Chumphon Pier on time. The scheduled arrival time is approximately 9:00 PM. After boarding the bus, it will head directly to Chumphon Pier. The bus is a double-decker with four seats, as shown in the image below.

7. Passenger Drop-off Points: Nang Yuan Island and Koh Tao

After a 2.5-hour journey on the catamaran ferry, the vessel arrives at Koh Tao at 9:30 AM. The catamaran ferry stops at Mae Haad Pier on Koh Tao, where most passengers disembark. Shortly after, another group of passengers boards the catamaran ferry at Koh Tao's Mae Haad Pier, heading towards Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, or Surat Thani at 9:45 AM. The catamaran ferry then continues its journey to Thong Sala Pier on Koh Phangan.

8. Arrival at Thong Sala Pier, Koh Phangan

At 10:45 AM, we arrive at Thong Sala Pier on Koh Phangan. Upon exiting the ferry, we observe numerous tuk-tuks and taxis waiting at the pier to transport passengers to their hotels. The entire journey from Bangkok to Koh Phangan takes approximately 14 hours.

Note: It is advisable to avoid using the tuk-tuks or taxis directly at the pier. Instead, walk up to the main road to find cheaper tuk-tuks or taxis. You can identify a 7-Eleven and the Lomprayah office near the main road.
