"For meat lovers who enjoy the grilling style, WaQ Yakiniku in the heart of Siam is a must-try."

Hello, today STOP ME wants to please grill lovers by taking you to eat delicious meat.

Food Menu

WaQ Yakiniku offers a delicious selection of Japanese-style barbecue options across three price points:

Buta WaQ 399+

This menu is perfect for pork lovers, featuring a variety of cuts including pork belly, liver, and ham.

Nika WaQ 499+

For those who enjoy beef, the Nika WaQ menu includes special cuts like rib-eye and karubi, alongside salmon, shrimp, squid, and New Zealand mussels.

Emperor WaQ 699+

The premium Emperor WaQ menu boasts a selection of high-quality meats, including top sirloin, Australian Wagyu beef, lamb, and specially selected marbled beef. Additionally, it features black pepper marinated dishes and large river prawns.

Food Order Form

For those who wish to order food, the restaurant will provide a menu book with both front and back pages, clearly separating the prices. When ordering, simply mark the desired quantity in the square box in front of the chosen menu item.

Charcoal Grill

One of the things I love most about this restaurant is that they use a charcoal grill. The advantage of a charcoal grill is that it doesn't have a gas smell, and it also makes the food taste much more flavorful. The grill is large enough to accommodate several pieces of meat at once, so even if you come with a large group, there's no need to worry about fighting for space. Additionally, if the charcoal starts to die down, you can simply ask the staff to add more. And if the grill grate starts to get dirty, they'll also replace it for you. The service here is truly excellent.

Dipping Sauce and Utensils

The restaurant's signature dipping sauce, known as "Wakyu Jang," is a unique blend of miso and tare, offering a rich and balanced flavor. For those who prefer a spicier kick or enjoy the aroma and taste of garlic, additional options are available.

Meat Course

As mentioned earlier, the Niku WaQ set comes with meat. The left side is the ribeye, while the middle and right pictures are the karubi. Both meats are marinated with the restaurant's special recipe, making them very tender and flavorful. Importantly, the meat is sliced very thinly, making it bouncy and delicious when eaten.

Pork Lovers

For pork enthusiasts, look no further than the succulent pork neck and bacon. The marbled meat offers a satisfying chew and delivers an equally delicious flavor experience.

Seafood

For those who want to eat seafood, we recommend salmon. Large pieces, grilled to your liking, dipped in sauce. It's a perfect combination. And if you like shrimp, there are shrimp available as well.

Grilled Meat VS Grilled Pork

The tantalizing aroma of grilled meat and pork wafts through the air, tempting our taste buds before we even take a bite. While both are delicious on their own, dipping them in a flavorful sauce elevates the experience to a whole new level. Whether you prefer the richness of grilled meat or the savory notes of grilled pork, both options are sure to leave you wanting more.

Beverages and Desserts

Drinks are not included in the buffet price and are available for purchase separately. We opted for a refillable lemonade. Desserts, however, are included in the buffet price and can be ordered directly. We chose chocolate ice cream topped with red beans as a sweet ending to our meat-filled meal.
