Today, we're taking everyone to Ginza House of BBQ & SHABU, located on the 2nd floor of Riverside Plaza in the Charoen Nakhon district. The restaurant is currently offering a 100 baht discount for those who like and share their page.

Menu Sign

The menu sign here is a rigid board with two sides. The top side features the restaurant's logo and contact information, including a QR code for their Facebook page. Scanning this code allows customers to like and share the page, receiving a 100 baht discount on their meal.

The other side displays details of the menu, including the different broths, dipping sauces, and options for both the 399 and 599 baht sets, as well as the A la carte menu. This provides customers with valuable information about the broths and dipping sauces, aiding their decision-making process.

Food Order Form

The food order form is placed on the corner of the table, where you can write down your order. Then, hand it to the staff and wait patiently for your food.

The Stove

The stove here is an electric stove with adjustable heat settings located under the table. The brass pan is sturdy and will not dent easily. The pipe next to it is a fume hood, which we believe extracts almost 100% of the fumes.

Dipping Sauces

While waiting for the food to be served, we went to choose dipping sauces. There were a total of 4 types of dipping sauces: jaew dipping sauce, sukiyaki dipping sauce, miso dipping sauce, and ponzu dipping sauce. You name it, they have it!

Drinking Water

Refill drinking water is available next to the dipping sauce. There are 3 types: lemon water, Chinese tea, and chrysanthemum tea. Personally, I like lemon water the most. It's sour and sweet just right. (Secret tip: sweet drinks make you feel full faster, so don't drink too much.)

Ready for Battle: Utensils

The plates and cups here are black and of standard size. The spoons are black and red, and each set comes with a pair of wooden chopsticks. Personally, I prefer wooden chopsticks because they are easier to grip and the food doesn't slip as easily as with plastic chopsticks. Thumbs up for this!

Savory Dishes

Today, we're indulging in pork dishes. The pork here is thinly sliced, with my favorites being the pork neck and the pork belly. The pork is fresh, tender, and melts in your mouth. Dipping it in the miso sauce is simply divine. Pairing it with a soft-boiled egg and glass noodles creates the perfect combination. As for the crab sticks, they have a sweet flavor that doesn't even require dipping sauce.

Dessert

After a satisfying meal, we indulged in a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The smooth texture and classic flavor provided a refreshing contrast to the savory dishes, effectively cleansing our palates.
