"Saded Shabu: Delicious Shabu-Shabu with Smoky Goodness"

Calling all shabu-shabu lovers! Stop me, I believe many of you enjoy a good shabu-shabu experience. Today, Stop me is here to review Saded Shabu, a restaurant offering a unique smoky shabu-shabu experience. Let's dive in and see how delicious it truly is!

Food Menu

The restaurant offers a wide variety of A la carte menus, including vegetable sets, pork sets, beef sets, and seafood sets. The prices are also very reasonable. Customers can also order individual dishes if they prefer.

Order Form

This section provides information about the order form, which is available at the corner of each table. There are two types of order forms: white and yellow. The white form is used to order regular food items, soup, and plain water. The yellow form is used to order desserts.

Get Ready

On the dining table, you will receive one pot of soup, which we chose to be Tom Yum. It was not spicy. There was one strainer and one ladle. Each person will receive two cups of dipping sauce. The flavors are sukiyaki dipping sauce and another one that is similar to barbecue sauce. You can add chili, garlic, and lime juice to make the sauce even more delicious. If you need more dipping sauce or soup, you can call the staff.

Ordered Food

The food we ordered today was a pork set, which came with sliced pork and bacon. It was served on a white tray with smoke coming out of the center. I loved it! The sliced pork was thin and had fat marbled through it, and the bacon was delicious too. Underneath was lettuce, and the bottom layer was ice. It was served on ice.

We also ordered pork belly, which I highly recommend. I personally love the fat marbling in the meat. It was so good, it brought tears to my eyes. We also had salmon and jade noodles.

Step Happiness

After obtaining the ingredients, it's time to dip them into the pot. However, I personally avoid submerging everything at once, as it can overcook the meat. Instead, I carefully dip each piece individually, ensuring the meat remains tender, not tough, and retains its natural sweetness.

Ready to eat!

After the meat is cooked, dip it in the sauce and enjoy! The sauce here isn't spicy on its own, but it adds a subtle flavor that complements the jade noodles and pork. Personally, I liked the pork belly the most. It was soft, fatty, and melted in my mouth. The sliced pork was also good, not dry or tough. The jade noodles were next, and I enjoyed them as a side dish with the pork. Finally, the bacon and salmon were good, but not my favorite.

Restaurant Atmosphere

The restaurant offers tables for two and four people, both indoors and outdoors. The indoor area is not cramped, as the restaurant has a very high ceiling and two large air conditioners. However, the restaurant does not have a smoke extractor. The lights in the restaurant are a soft yellow color, and I especially like the butterfly-shaped lamps, which are very cute. The walls are white brick, and the wooden tables create a warm and friendly dining atmosphere.

Receipt

The total bill was 399 baht. I think it's worth it. At first, I thought I wouldn't get much, but when I actually ate it, I was very full.
