Today, we're going to indulge in the culinary delights of "Khun Thong 2020 Seafood Good Meat By Nakorn," a restaurant owned by the celebrity chef, Piak Nakorn. Previously known for its premium Wagyu beef, the establishment has recently expanded its menu to include a wide variety of seafood dishes.


The first dish served was a sizzling hot plate of pork, generously basted in butter. The hot pan crackled as it arrived at the table, the tender pork cooked to perfection, ensuring it remained succulent and flavorful. The accompanying spicy dipping sauce perfectly complemented the dish.

Following the frequent posts of "jelly beer" from the shop on the Instagram of June Kasama (wife of Piak), we decided to order some to try. However, the beer was not as jelly-like as we had hoped. Nevertheless, it was refreshingly cold and paired well with the hot barbecue, making for a delightful experience.


Crab fried rice, even the smallest size is still quite a lot for two people. The rice is fluffy and not too hard, the crab meat is given in large chunks without being stingy, the eggs are well-fried and in pieces, the taste is well-balanced, and it is served with fish sauce with chili.


Boiled cockles Fresh, large cockles, just the right size to eat (if they are too large, the meat will be tough). Order them boiled just right, without any blood. The meat is sweet and delicious.


Grilled River Prawns (3 prawns per kilogram) - I ordered one prawn, and while the head wasn't as full as I've experienced elsewhere, it was still fresh and the meat was firm and chewy, as expected for fresh prawns.


Once the meat is finished, the staff will grill the claws and cut the shells for easy eating. The shrimp claws have a considerable amount of meat.


The final dish, the highlight of the meal, was the marinated sea crab. The sea crab, cleaned and with the edges of its shell cut off, was marinated in fish sauce and then frozen solid. It was served with a spicy seafood dipping sauce, satisfying every craving.
