Bluerista: A Fusion of Coffee and Traditional Thai Sweets in Rama 9

The Rama 9 area is now brimming with trendy cafes, and today we'd like to introduce "Bluerista," a unique establishment that specializes in pairing coffee with traditional Thai desserts.

Initially, the concept of combining coffee and Thai sweets might seem unusual. However, Bluerista masterfully blends these seemingly disparate elements, creating a harmonious and delightful experience.

Let's delve into this innovative fusion and discover what makes Bluerista a must-visit destination for coffee and dessert enthusiasts.

The restaurant has an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the fresh air.

Upon entering the establishment, one encounters an expansive counter adorned with a coffee machine and a display of traditional Thai sweets.

Today's Thai desserts include Khanom Chan, Piek Poon, Khanom Phing, Kleep Lamduan, and Sommanus.

We decided to try a Thai dessert, and we chose "Khanom Piae Puen" served on a blue plate and sprinkled with coconut flakes (50 baht).

A must-try beverage is the signature Pai-Lin Latte (120 baht), a coffee blended with smoked butterfly pea flower milk. While the name may sound unusual, the taste is truly worth it. The smoky aroma adds a unique charm, creating a smooth and harmonious coffee experience.

For those who are not coffee lovers, don't worry, we recommend Soblack Latte (90 baht). This dark cocoa is rich but not bitter, resulting in a well-balanced and delicious flavor.

Located on a corner, the restaurant boasts two entrances. This zone features an additional table and a swing for relaxation.

The decor here is primarily blue, reflecting the name of the establishment, Blue.

For cafe lovers passing by Rama 9 who are looking for a place to sit and work quietly, this cafe is another option with a comfortable atmosphere. You can stop by here ^^
