Coffee Time!

The afternoon slump hits, and my mind wanders, yearning for a caffeine boost. I reach for my phone, opening the Wongnai app to search for a coffee shop. Suddenly, a unique concept catches my eye: a cafe built entirely of wood, exuding a distinctly Japanese atmosphere. This is BREWLAB.

BREWLAB is a specialty coffee shop located on Rama 9 Road, Soi 41, Intersection 18, the same soi as The Nine Rama 9. Turn left after the left curve, turn right at the three-way intersection, and then turn left at the first soi. If you are confused, there is a map below.

After turning into Soi 18, we will see a Japanese-style wooden house that stands out from the moment we turn in. This means we have arrived at our destination.

Ben, the owner of the shop, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provides customers with extensive advice and engages in in-depth conversations about coffee, holding nothing back.

To avoid getting lost, here's a rough guide: The restaurant is accessible via Rama 9 Soi 41 or Ramkhamhaeng 24 Soi 20.

At BrewLab, you can choose from a variety of coffee beans, both domestic and imported. If you prefer a strong or light brew, you can ask Ben or tell him your preferred flavor.

Ben's business goes beyond simply selling coffee. He also educates customers about the diverse range of coffee types and their unique characteristics.

The BrewLab coffee room will be built entirely of pinewood and will be located within the grounds of your Ben's house.

Although the seating capacity is limited, the intimate atmosphere of the shop is its charm. The warmth and friendliness are palpable, both between the owner and customers and among the customers themselves.

This shop opens at 10:00 AM. If you're passing by around noon, come and try a coffee to beat the afternoon drowsiness.

The moment we've been waiting for! After choosing our coffee, the beans are freshly ground and dripped right before our eyes. For those feeling adventurous, Ben encourages us to try our hand at the art of coffee-dripping ourselves.

Meticulous and attentive to every step, not just getting it done and serving it.

Today, we are trying Thai coffee from Pai, Mae Hong Son.

Non-coffee drinkers are welcome too! This cafe offers green tea and cocoa as alternatives. The iced cocoa pictured here is rich, delicious, and perfectly balanced.

The interior design of the cafe is characterized by its extensive use of wood, which creates a subtle aroma of pine that complements the scent of coffee.

High bar stools in one corner of the shop, anyone can bring their computer to work.

Please remove your shoes before entering the store.

Parking is available in front of the shop or in the alley. However, during peak hours such as lunchtime, the alley may be crowded due to the presence of nearby offices.

If you're in the Rama 9 area, specifically Soi 41, or if you're looking for a place to meet clients and enjoy a cup of drip coffee, we highly recommend One Two Two Coffee Bar. Follow these directions to get there: BREWLAB.
