And then we arrived at the floating market in the middle of the forest. It truly lived up to its name, as it was indeed located in the middle of a forest. There were no shopping malls or tall buildings, just a drive through local communities and small mountains that surrounded the area. Despite being in the middle of the forest, the roads leading to the market were surprisingly good. Upon arrival, we walked through a bamboo forest gate, a truly natural experience. Even the entrance was already shady and lush.

As you pass through the bamboo forest archway, there are various sights and stalls selling goods along the way until you reach the floating market area. Here, you can choose to sit on a raft platform below or on chairs above (for the elderly), offering a 360-degree view of the beautiful natural surroundings. Food is available both at stalls on the upper level, next to the archway, and from vendors paddling boats. Initially, I thought the taste would be a gamble, unsure whichお店 would be delicious. However, after trying the food, I was amazed – everything was delicious! It was unbelievable. Not only did the food taste good, but it was also beautifully presented. Everyร้าน decorated their food so beautifully that I, being naturally curious (or perhaps a bit nosy), had to ask the vendors why all the food was so delicious. They also decorated it like restaurant-quality food. I received the answer that the reason they were able to make it so beautiful was because before the market opened, the Subdistrict Administrative Organization arranged for teachers from the college to teach them both delicious recipes and beautiful presentation. Therefore, all theร้าน were able to produce food that was both visually appealing and delicious. Additionally, everything here uses natural materials for serving food, which is a major selling point. If you don't know where to go this weekend, try driving out to Nong Ya Plong. I guarantee it will be worth it. You can relax in the lush atmosphere, fill your stomach, and enjoy the scenery – all in one place.
