We flew with AirAsia to Nan Province. We arrived in Nan early in the morning. After leaving the airport, we decided to find a restaurant to fill our stomachs, as the saying goes, "An army marches on its stomach." We set our sights on trying some local Lanna cuisine, and the first dish that came to mind was Khao Soi.
