During my recent visit to Chiang Mai, as a matcha enthusiast, I couldn't resist the opportunity to try the green tea at Magokoro Teahouse and Matcha Cafe, a haven for matcha lovers.

The shop is located on Si Donchai Road. Parking is available on the side of the road, but it can be difficult to find a spot.

Upon entering the shop, customers were greeted by a queue of 2-3 people. When it was their turn to order, they were presented with a selection of teas, including matcha, hojicha, and sencha. Each beverage was meticulously prepared fresh in front of the customers at the counter.

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor area has air conditioning and both regular and Japanese-style tables, while the outdoor area is located in a rock garden. When we visited, the indoor seating was full, so we sat outside. It was quite hot and humid, but the restaurant provided small fans to help cool down. The rock garden is also a nice place to take photos.

We ordered one hot and one iced matcha latte, both with low sweetness. For dessert, we had a matcha roll.
