Tired of the relentless hustle and bustle of Bangkok, with its constant pollution and chaos? Seek a tranquil escape and pamper your beloved hair at Zik Zleep Zalon. This haven offers a unique blend of spa techniques for your neck, shoulders, back, and hands, combined with a refreshing hair wash. Sink into the plush, oversized chairs and let the stress melt away during your two-hour session.
Getting there is a breeze. You can drive yourself to Soi Phaholyothin 5 and park in front of the shop or on the side of the road. Alternatively, you can take the BTS to Ari station, exit 1, and hop on a motorbike taxi to the shop. It's a quick and convenient journey.
It is recommended to call 098-614-9997 or Line: @zikzleepzalon to inquire about availability before visiting. Appointments are highly recommended, especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as the salon tends to be busy. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred to avoid waiting.
The shop offers two main courses: Shirodhara Plus for 3,000 baht and Scrub Plus for 2,500 baht.
Shirodhara Plus is a course that nourishes the hair and scalp, making it ideal for people with dry, frizzy hair.
Scrub Plus is a course that nourishes the scalp with black jasmine rice scrub, removes dead skin cells, stimulates blood circulation, and cares for the hair roots. It is ideal for people with dry or oily scalp and dandruff.
Today, I decided to get a scalp scrub because I usually take good care of my hair by washing it and doing treatments. However, I realized that my scalp wasn't as clean as I thought it was, even though I wash it regularly. This is because of leftover conditioner, daily pollution like sunlight, rain, dust, and car exhaust, which can all contribute to an oily scalp or dandruff. After choosing a course, the staff asked about my blood type and birth month to prepare tea and shampoo that are suitable for my zodiac element, which affects my astrological state.
A Three-Legged Dog Named Lloyd
While the team was preparing the supplies and venue, a three-legged dog named Lloyd waddled over, looking adorable. Lloyd is missing a leg due to a previous attack by a thief, which necessitated its amputation. For those interested in following Lloyd's story, he has a Facebook page called "Grandpa Lloyd."
The interior is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is also a private room upstairs for 2 people or those who are sensitive to noise. This can be requested or booked in advance. The seats are electrically adjustable, large and soft, and recline comfortably. At the end of the seat, there is a locker for personal belongings with a key lock, so you can rest assured that your belongings will be safe and sound.
It's time to relax and recline. As you lie down, the staff will adjust your chair to a comfortable position and place hot packs on your neck and shoulders. After a while, they will gently tap a gong to signal the start of the massage. This sound helps to focus your mind and calm your thoughts, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
After that, the therapist will gently massage your head and apply hot stones to various points to promote relaxation alongside the massage.
After a relaxing massage, we will proceed with an ozone treatment for your hair and scalp. The scalp massage will begin with grapeseed oil and be followed by a scrub with black jasmine rice, which is rich in vitamins. This will gently exfoliate dead skin cells from the scalp and stimulate blood circulation, promoting stronger hair and reducing hair loss.
After a relaxing massage, it's time to rinse and apply a hair treatment with a specially chosen scent that suits your needs. Notably, all products used are the salon's unique, organic formulas, offering a delightful fragrance and promoting hair and mental well-being.
After the hair is washed, massaged, and treated, the next step is the highlight of the salon, the Nano Mizz treatment. This treatment is specially imported by the salon to care for the scalp and hair of customers. The red light helps to care for the scalp, while the blue light helps to nourish the hair. Normally, only red light is used for the scrub plus course, but this time, the stylist noticed that my hair was dry, so they added blue light treatment as well. This shows their attentiveness and care for each customer's individual needs.
After the light exposure, they wrapped my hair in a cold towel and poured hot water from a lamp onto my hair, but it wasn't as hot as I thought.
Rinse hair with cool water one more time, check for dryness, and finish with a massage. Spray with mineral water to refresh.
Move to another room to blow-dry your hair according to your preference. There are options for straight, volume, and curl blow-drying. In addition to blow-drying, the salon also offers haircutting, perming, and hair coloring services.
Before the treatment begins, the staff will serve a special tea for us and style our hair according to our chosen style.
Done! My head feels so light, my hair is soft and smells amazing. It's good, really good, I love it!
If you like any of the items used, you can purchase them to use at home. They are available for sale.
I recently discovered that many men are taking advantage of the scrub courses offered. It is recommended to do this at least once a month. While some may find it expensive, I believe it is worth the investment. The products used are of high quality, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this to all women.
