Available in two time slots.

Upon entering the dining room, we are greeted by a large ship, which they say brings delicious food to everyone.

The Executive Chef, Chef Sittikorn (Lek), oversees the menu, operations, staff, and ingredients.

The chef is not only responsible for the food at Daiichi Restaurant, but also for all the restaurants and food events in the entire hotel. He is truly talented. Now, let's start the food line and see what the chef has prepared for us.

Their "premium sushi" is a must-try. The hotel boasts that they use only the highest quality, Grade A ingredients.

This zone marks the beginning of the new food line renovation.

The restaurant will continue to improve in the future, and I hope to have the opportunity to bring my friends back to see it after the renovations are complete.

With an experienced sushi chef in Japanese cuisine, Chef Nawin Kamkaew, who is a very cool chef. It's a pity that I didn't get to talk to him much when I went there.

In reality, sometimes Bhop forgets what to talk about when he arrives at the event. He should definitely talk next time he goes.

A delectable array of sushi, enough to make any sushi enthusiast swoon.

Sushi Highlights

The chef will not prepare a large quantity of foie gras sushi in advance. Instead, customers can order it as needed to ensure freshness. This is because the sushi will not taste as good if it is prepared and left to sit for an extended period.

📊 My Score (In my opinion)

Suggestions and problems found for the restaurant. (No intention to discredit)

The Food⭐⭐⭐+

The premium sushi was a standout, thanks to the chef's expertise and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The foie gras was not overly fatty and was cut into perfect pieces that were neither too soft nor too mushy. The wagyu beef was fragrant and perfectly seared, with only a few slightly chewy tendons. The unagi was excellent, not greasy, and seared to perfection without being mushy. Even with the sauce, it held its shape. The other toppings were also fresh and of high quality. The sushi chefs were constantly preparing and replenishing the sushi line, ensuring a steady supply of fresh options. The teppanyaki and barbecue were also well-prepared, although they were a bit oily for my taste (perhaps because I prefer leaner cuts). The menu offered a wide variety of classic Japanese dishes, and the desserts were delicious, especially the low-sugar options. I particularly enjoyed the bingsu, which allowed me to have fun and be creative by mixing and matching toppings from the dessert bar.

Note:

1. Medium-sized river prawns, a mix of fresh and not-so-fresh. Some of the flesh is mushy. It would be great if the quality could be more consistent. ^^

2. Fresh oysters, very fresh and sweet. The atmosphere is great!

Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The atmosphere during lunchtime was incredibly relaxed and chill. I personally prefer the daytime ambiance, with its natural sunlight streaming in, creating a sense of calm and openness. The space is spacious and airy, with no sense of clutter. The food stations are well-organized and easy to navigate, and there are a variety of seating options available, from small and large tables to private rooms and secluded corners. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience.

NOTE. For those who use the private room service, please be aware that the food line is a bit far away. You will need to walk quite a distance to get your food. However, if you are looking for privacy and a Japanese-style atmosphere, this is a great option.

The Service⭐⭐⭐+

The staff did an excellent job. They welcomed guests from start to finish, served drinks, and engaged in conversation. For example, they offered to refill our water, even though there was a self-service water bar. They were attentive and noticed when our water was low, asking if we would like a refill and bringing it to us. The sushi chefs at the chef station worked tirelessly and efficiently, as the station was very popular. Other stations also took orders promptly, and plates were cleared regularly.

The Worthiness⭐⭐⭐⭐

The promotion price is considered worthwhile. It's great for sushi lovers. With the quality of sushi at this level, foie gras sushi per piece is already expensive (although people usually don't eat much). But other sushi menus are varied and of good quality as well. Including Wagyu beef, salmon roe, scallops, and more. There are also other Japanese food menus to choose from. B.B.Q. river prawns, tempura, etc. Including desserts and drinks at the same price. Get more value. Finish full and roll back home. ~
