The Millennium Hilton is located on Charoen Nakhon Road, along the Chao Phraya River. The atmosphere is quite nice.

While the buffet here officially starts at 11:00 AM, the Flow restaurant needs some time to clear away breakfast. They will be ready to serve you at exactly noon. If you arrive at 11:00 AM, you are welcome to visit the 360 Lounge on the 32nd floor of the hotel.

The view from above is amazing, at night it must be even more beautiful... but now it's noon, let's go down to Flow on the 1st floor. Let's go now or it will be crowded.

At Flow, they will combine the best of Prime Steakhouse, Maya Thai Restaurant, Yuan Chinese Restaurant, and The Lantern's pastries. We can't go into all the specifics, but here's a taste of what to expect: a wide variety of dishes.

The room is quite spacious, open and airy, not cramped.

As soon as you walk into Flow, you'll see a mountain of seafood on ice on your right. The crab claws are huge, so ask the staff to crack them for you before you eat them. This will make them easier to peel.

The other mountain will be shrimp and shellfish. There are also oysters. The way it is arranged may seem small and not full, but in reality, it is quite a lot. I secretly thought why not combine it into one mountain. It will look more magnificent.

Take a bite and try it first .. everything is fresh

Crab legs that the staff helped to peel for me because I wouldn't be able to do it myself. The meat was sweet and not salty (some places I've been to, it's salty).

Plump oysters with a full range of side dishes (missing acacia leaves, if there were, it would be perfect).

The oysters here are plump and sweet. I prefer them like this rather than dry.

The left corner is Caesar salad / Steak Tartare / Bloody Mary / Cold Cut / Raclette, etc.

Steak Tartare, a must-try for raw meat lovers.

The salad staff will toss it for you plate by plate.

Raclette is a Swiss grilled cheese dish. The cheese is melted over a fire and then poured over boiled potatoes.

It's delicious when eaten hot, and it's also very fattening. You have to resist eating too much... I don't often see it in other buffet lines.

Walking into the cheese room, there is a huge amount of cheese in a room with a specific temperature.

I've never tasted many of them.
