12:35 p.m. Thailand time, we have safely landed on our home soil. This marks the end of our 8-day adventure in Russia. It was a smooth trip with only minor hiccups, which is quite remarkable considering that 80% of the population doesn't speak English. We were deeply impressed by the beauty and warmth of this country. Despite the many warnings we received beforehand, the image of a gloomy and dangerous Russia vanished completely after experiencing it firsthand. This trip exceeded our expectations in many ways.
