Hello...

This trip was the result of a spontaneous decision to join my friends on a trip to the Philippines, just two weeks before our departure.

Manila and Boracay Island Tour Package for 1 Week,,,
Manila Come this way https://th.readme.me/p/3529

Actually, before coming to visit the Philippines, we went to Singapore. Now we have done a review, follow us to see it >> https://th.readme.me/p/3497

Boracay Island is located in the Philippines, about 315 kilometers south of Manila. [Wikipedia]

The places marked are the ones I will review.

Boracay is a very famous island. In 2012, it was voted the number one tourist destination island in the world by Travel + Leisure magazine. It is also very famous for its white and very clean sand. [Wikipedia]

...I must say it truly lives up to its name.

My friend who went with me asked me to tell you...

Another highlight of this island is the sunset.

The island's location is situated across the east and west, allowing you to witness the sunrise and moonrise over the sea at Bulabog Beach (opposite White Beach) and the sunset and moonset over the sea at White Beach.

She loved it very much, very excited. The later it got, after midnight, the closer the moon would be to the sea, making the sea brighter at night.

...

I will not go into detail about the expenses throughout the trip, as I believe this is a personal matter. Everyone's spending habits are different.

The expenses on the island were spent on transportation, activities, and food.

The food on the island is generally affordable, but some things are overpriced, such as fruit juices and ice cream.

...

This thread focuses on water, not land, with four full days of sea, sand, and sun.

Lots of pictures, don't get bored yet. Anyone who likes the sea, follow me...

***Day 1*** :: White Beach

We traveled by Philippine Airlines from Manila to Caticlan Airport.

Take a tricycle from the airport to the pier, approximately 5 minutes. The boat fare is included in the tricycle fare, which is 50 pesos per person.

Upon arrival at the Caticlan Jetty Port, a total of 175 pesos per person must be paid for various fees.

Just seeing the water at the pier, I already want to jump in and play.

The outrigger boat, a symbol of the Philippines, is one of my favorites. It's so cool with its spider-like appearance!
The reason why the boat has arms that spread out like this is to prevent it from tipping over.

It takes about 15 minutes by boat to reach Boracay Island.

The first two nights, we stayed at Boracay Backpacker in Station 2, which is a newly opened hostel that is still under construction.

Around 4 pm, we walked to White Beach, the main long beach located at Station 1.

One of the interesting things about White Beach is Willy's Rock, a strangely shaped rock formation located on the shore with a statue of the Virgin Mary on top.

Today's activities are swimming and paddleboarding. The cost is 200 pesos per person for half an hour.

The sunset view from Willy's Rock is breathtakingly beautiful.

***Day 2*** :: Puka Beach

To get to Puka Beach today, I had to take a car because it's quite far. The fare was around 150 pesos.

They say that Puka means shell, but looking at it, it must be a shell that is so fine that it is sand.

The water here is so clear, much clearer than White Beach in our opinion.

***Day 3*** :: Spider House, Diniwid Beach

This morning I stopped by White Beach. The morning sea is breathtakingly beautiful.

Building sandcastles in various shapes, especially the word "Boracay" with the date, is another unique feature of this place.

As a child, the area where they built sandcastles, they didn't build it for free, you know. If we wanted to take a picture with them or close up, we had to pay them. As for me, I just used my zoom lens. Hahaha.

I went back to take pictures at Willy's Rock this morning because I didn't want to be backlit.

We changed our accommodation to MNL Hostel near Bulabog Beach and took a car to Spider House Resort near Diniwid Beach. The fare was around 150 pesos.

This is a resort and open bar, outsiders can use the service. The accommodation here is also open-air, there is no air conditioning.

In the middle of the water, there is a resort pontoon set up for you to relax in style.

The atmosphere is good, located on the edge of a cliff.

We changed our seats three times until we got the best one.

The sun began to set, and people were still playing in the water here and there.

***Day 4*** :: Ariel's Point

We bought a package to Ariel's Point (1 day in advance), which is a cliff for jumping into the water.

The price is 2,500 pesos. You need to go to Ariel's Point office at Station 1 to wait for the boat.

Walk to board the boat. Today there are 3 boats of fellow travelers.

The majority of tourists here are Korean, Chinese (Malaysian), a small number of Westerners, many locals and Filipinos, and others of unknown nationality.

This price includes lunch, fruits, and unlimited drinks.

Ariel's Point is a cliff with a total of 3 levels of height: 5, 8, and 15 meters.

Feel free to choose any number you're comfortable with. ^^"

We are comfortable starting at 5 meters. We have been mentally preparing for this for quite some time.

Upstairs

It took me a longgggggggg time to build up the courage to jump from 8 meters. https://www.facebook.com/winya059/videos/vb.651067...

I jumped and got hurt. My eyelid is cracked and swollen because I hit the water and my lower body hurts every time I jump.

15 meters away, my heart is not there yet.

Besides cliff jumping, there are other activities to do, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling.

We left at 11 am and it's 4 pm now, so it's time to go home.

Back to playing in the water at White Beach

And that's all for this review. See you again on the next trip // if I'm diligent in making reviews, hahaha.

Thank you for following.
