Hello everyone, today I'm going to review Daruma Sushi restaurant, which offers a salmon buffet menu. This restaurant has a total of 3 branches: Udomsuk branch, Paradise Park branch, and Seacon Square branch. Normally, the Udomsuk branch is my regular branch, but when I saw the restaurant's page announce that the Seacon branch has a buffet menu, I couldn't miss the chance to try it. The buffet is only available at the Seacon Square branch. The buffet price is 389++ baht, which is 416.5 baht per person. This price includes green tea, edamame, and soup. You can eat for 1.30 hours.

The entire buffet menu, please.

The shop will have a warning sign. Anyone who doesn't finish their food will be fined 500 baht per head.

After ordering, the food arrived quickly. The first dish was salmon sashimi, which was absolutely delicious. The fish was fresh, sweet, and incredibly tasty. The slices were also thick and generous in size.

Next up is the salmon belly. This dish is also incredibly delicious, with a perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavor. When you take a bite of the salmon belly, it just melts in your mouth.

Next up is the grilled salmon rice ball. This dish was also well-executed, with a slightly spicy flavor that was not overpowering. The tempura batter was crispy and delicious, although it could get a bit greasy if you eat too much of it. The only downside was that the salmon pieces were a bit small. It seemed like there was an imbalance between the rice and the salmon.

Next up is the grilled salmon sushi, topped with fried shallots. This dish is also delicious. The salmon is very thick and the portion is generous. The only downside is that there is a lot of rice. I ordered this dish twice, 4 pieces each time. After the second round, I was stuffed!

The next menu item was grilled salmon with soy sauce. The sauce tasted good, with a sweet and salty flavor, but the fish itself was grilled too hard. Plus, the skin of the fish was burnt.

That's all for the first order, but that was just the first batch. After the waiter served the food, we took some photos and ate until there was nothing left. Then we started on the second batch. We ordered and the waiter brought it out one by one until it was all there. Then we started eating again.

This menu features 3 pieces each of miso-grilled salmon sushi and spicy salmon sushi, along with 4 pieces of grilled salmon sushi.

This is miso, it tastes quite salty. Personally, I don't like this menu very much. The rice is still as plentiful as ever, and the fish is a very generous size.

Next up is the spicy dish, which has a sour and spicy flavor. This menu item is quite good.

The next menu item, I don't know what it's called. In my opinion, this menu item tastes very ordinary. There's nothing special about it.

The last menu, I don't know what it's called. It's similar to grilled salmon rice balls, but the difference is in the sauce and the lack of crispy fried dough. The only similarity is that there's a lot of rice, but the salmon pieces are tiny. 555

That's all for the menu today. Let me summarize briefly. Overall, I think this restaurant is okay. The salmon is of good quality and the food is delicious. The food is served quickly (or maybe I went when the restaurant just opened and there weren't many people, so I got my food quickly). The staff is friendly. The downside is that the amount of rice in the sushi is a bit too much, and some of the dishes only have a small piece of fish. That's all.
