Hello again after a long absence. Today, I will review Real Ichi, a premium sushi and yakiniku buffet restaurant located in the Phetchaburi area. The restaurant is located at the Asoke-Phetchaburi intersection, near Phetchaburi MRT station and the Honda Center. After passing the Honda Center, prepare to turn left into the parking lot. The restaurant is next to the Family Pork Shabu restaurant.
The buffet price at the restaurant is 699+ and 899+. This price includes hot and cold green tea. You can eat for 1.40 hours. If you want to eat, I recommend calling to reserve a table in advance. The restaurant is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 22:30. So as not to waste time, let's start the review right away. Starting with the red sign in front of the store, it looks quite prominent.
Taking a few photos before entering the store.
Upon arrival, the staff will present you with a menu, which is quite extensive.
The text is in Thai and translates to:
"I felt that the sheet was too big when I took a picture and reviewed it. I was afraid that my friends wouldn't be able to see the words clearly, so I took a picture and divided it in half for you to see."
While waiting for the food to be served after ordering, I continued taking photos.
The staff then brought the stove and followed by tea.
The meal was followed by a plate of dipping sauce. The sauce was delicious, with a slightly salty flavor. Adding chili, garlic, and lime juice enhanced the flavor, creating a well-balanced and flavorful dipping experience.
Let's move on from the appetizers and get into the main course. Starting with the Thai-French beef, this cut is incredibly tender.
The next dish is Meltique Beef (very tender), ox tongue, and Wagyu beef.
Next up, the king oyster mushrooms and mantis shrimps arrived. Let's get grilling without further ado.
After a while, the staff brought out the crying tiger meat. I must say, the crying tiger meat with fat was incredibly delicious and extremely tender. With each bite, the oil melted in my mouth, creating an unforgettable culinary experience.
The meal began with Japanese cuisine, including salmon and octopus sashimi, followed by cheese-baked shrimp. Various sushi options followed, including shrimp cheese sushi, bacon aburi sushi, salmon cheese sushi, and salmon unagi sushi. The sushi rolls included salmon crunchy roll, salmon foie gras roll, and salmon engawa roll. The savory dishes concluded with wagyu beef and a small portion of ox tongue. Dessert consisted of pudding and mixed fruit (although I also ordered two scoops of vanilla ice cream, which I did not photograph). In summary, the restaurant offers excellent value for money, considering the high quality of the food. The meat dishes were delicious, and the sushi was exceptional. However, I did not order the crab or river prawns because I was too lazy to peel them. Despite this, I felt that I did not get my money's worth because I ordered too little food due to my rapid satiety. I wonder if my stomach has shrunk after several months of abstaining from buffets.
The restaurant has some drawbacks, such as a large number of flies and a relatively unclean restroom with a significant mosquito population.
