Hello, hello, hello everyone
…….. 🙏 ……..
Following the thread 📝 "Street Art with a Luxurious Restaurant with a View of the Chao Phraya River at a LowCost Price"
http://pantip.com/topic/35198975
We've already opened the Street Art thread, now it's time to take you to open the Musuem thread around Rattanakosin Island ^^
We started our trip at Sanam Luang - Thonburi side
OneDayTrip Eat, travel in the old town area, tracing hundreds of years of history around the capital
REVIWE BY. LowCost Thailand
Let's see... 👀
Which shops are worth visiting, which museums are there, and how to get there
Oh, I forgot to tell you!! Just prepare 500฿ for this trip
We took bus number 12 from Victory Monument, Ratchawithi side, to Phra Sumeru Road because we wanted to find breakfast to eat in that area.
We searched the internet and found a coffee and gallery shop, so we had to stop by.
🚩 Dialogue Coffee and Gallery Phra Sumen Road
This restaurant has two floors. The first floor is for dining and relaxing,
while the second floor features art exhibitions. It's a place where you can enjoy both food and art.
Floor 2
Our light breakfast for today ^^ 240฿ for 8 big pieces
🚩 Kopi Heea Yai Tai Kee at Phra Phuttha Yot Fa Bridge
From the previous shop, I accidentally walked past this shop again. My friend said he wanted to try it.
Well, let's go in! Haha
After entering, we really liked the menu of the restaurant, especially "Ovaltine".
Not because it's delicious, haha, but because they served it in a very cool way.
Add fresh milk, condensed milk and sugar to your liking for a touch of sweetness.
Or if anyone wants to buy it home, they can do it too.
After eating our fill for breakfast, it's time to go to the museum, which is what we're most looking forward to.
First of all, we have to walk to the Rattanakosin Museum.
Because we're going to buy a Musepass card for 199฿
One price covers all, so you won't have to pay again when you visit other museums.
Here it is! The card also includes discounts on restaurants and a map of over 40 museums across Thailand.
With the card in hand, let's not waste any time and head to the first destination of our trip.
For those who are interested in buying a Muse pass, hurry up and buy it because it will only be on sale until September 30th.
This pass will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and will grant you access to over 40 museums in Thailand. It's a one-time payment and you're done.
If you want to buy it, we know that the following places sell Muse passes: Bangkokian Museum, Museum Siam, Rattanakosin Museum.
🚩 King Prajadhipok Museum
Walk straight up to the Phahon Yothin intersection. We're going to walk into the King Prajadhipok Museum.
It's right in front of us, can you see it?
The King Prajadhipok Museum is the first museum in Thailand dedicated to a monarch.
It exhibits the life story, royal duties, and personal conduct of King Prajadhipok and Queen Rambhai Barni, the Queen Consort of King Rama VII. The museum has three floors.
This is the first floor.
There is a place for us to be young again, rain from the picture.
This is the second floor, which also features a replica of the famous "Sala Chalermkrung" cinema from the past.
The third floor features a replica of the city, as well as a collection of the King's personal belongings.
Exhibition of photographs, documents and royal biographies
Our one-day trip will cover a total of 4 museums, but there are two more that are a bit off the beaten path.
However, we highly recommend visiting them as they are definitely worth the trip.
Before heading to the second museum, we stopped by the "Phom Mahakan Community".
We had only seen it in the news, so we were curious to see what it was like inside.
🚩 Phom Mahakan Community
The Mahakan Fort community is located next to a canal. The atmosphere looks lovely and warm, and it seems very peaceful.
Let's move on to our second museum.
On the way, we will pass the Giant Swing. Shouldn't we stop and take some pictures?
🚩 Baan Mor Wan
Baan Mor Wan Museum, Mor Wan, a traditional Thai doctor
Unveiling the legend of the preservation of Thai medicine and religion, the secret of the ancient aromatic medicine recipe that has been passed down for over 100 years
It's here and all the medicines here are ancient herbal medicines, some of which are very rare.
The entrance is a bit hard to find, so you have to look carefully.
This sachet contains aromatic herbal medicine in pill form. We tried it and it tastes like aromatic medicine.
It's not as pungent as the liquid type. They say that it's made into pills here to make it easier to consume. It's suitable for young people like us who don't like the liquid type of herbal medicine very much.
After absorbing knowledge about ancient medicine and taking aromatic herbs to expel gas, it's time to eat something to balance it out.
We told our friend that we wanted to find something to eat at Wang Lang, so we hailed a taxi in front of Dr. Wan's house.
We headed straight to the pier "Tha Phra Chan" and went to find something to eat in that area.
The "Aortai 🍣 Sushi" restaurant in Wang Lang is probably a familiar name to everyone. Whenever we're in the area,
We have to eat at this restaurant every time. I don't know what we're so addicted to.
Waitress? No, haha. Yum yum 🍣
There is another restaurant called "Taling Pling Bar", not far from Aor Thai Restaurant. It is a restaurant by the Chao Phraya River.
In the past, this place used to sell noodles. But now it has been changed to a restaurant and a bar to chill out.
It's a pityyyyyyy. So we ordered a glass of orange juice for 50฿ and sat by the cool riverside to relax.
💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
Summary of expenses for One Day Trip... 1 day in Bangkok
with the Musuem trip around Rattanakosin Island
- Muse pass ticket price 199฿/person
- Pizza menu 240฿ divided by 4 = 60฿/person

- Taxi fare to Tha Phra Chan 40฿ divided by 5 = 8฿ (the same price as a bus lol)
- Orange juice smoothie 50฿
- Sushi 100฿
Total .... 467฿
Note: All of these prices are for the items we ordered ourselves. Some of them we shared with friends because there were 5 of us ^^
For those who are going to end their trip at Khao San Road (like us), 500 baht probably won't last a day, haha.
No, no, don't focus on Khao San Road yet, focus here first.
🚩 Coin Museum
It's located near Khao San Road. Have you ever been there? They have a card that you can stamp. I have a disease that makes me want to stamp as much as possible.
So I came here before going to Khao San Road tonight.
This page will collect old and rare coins from Thailand and other countries.
Rare coin sets made for special occasions are on display here.
Actually, these coins can be compared to travelers who record the stories of humanity.
This will take us back in time to experience the history of the mediums used in each era before the use of modern currency.
🚩 Bangkok Sculpture Center
This place is right near our house, located on Nawalchan Alley. Admission is free, and there are a lot of sculptures.
If anyone knows CMO and wants to work here, we recommend taking a walk around. 5555 Just kidding!
All the works here started from the love and passion of the founder, who loved them so much that they opened a museum.
Let's see what's here. I want to say that all the works in this museum are by Thai artists.
This space will be designed to divide the employee zone and the visitor zone.
The audience's walking path will be separate from the staff's, meaning we won't bump into each other.
However, we will be able to see each other.
The artwork includes Buddha statues, the Realistic period, the New Thai Art period, and the Abstract period.
Including the works that the artists have conveyed to reflect the problems of society.
The artwork is divided into three sections, which can be viewed on three floors.
The first floor is the front of the building, the second floor is the walkway we just walked through, the large open space.
To get to the third floor, we must first pass through the secret room.
Stepping into the cool air and encountering valuable artwork beautifully illuminated.
The mysterious room in question is a prayer room that houses both ancient Buddha statues (dating back 1,000 years) and modern ones.
Next, inside the large exhibition hall, you will find a wide variety of artwork.
All of which were created by renowned Thai artists.
Believe it or not, this is the front door...
It's a real cool house door O.O It's the house door of "Khun Kam-ai Dechadวงตา" The scale is equal to 3 people standing together.
The coffee and food here are reasonably priced. The highlight is definitely the drinks menu, which I must say is incredibly addictive.
This is not your ordinary red soda with lime. The ice cubes are made from red soda and frozen.
It is served with red soda and lime, which we bring to the table for you to mix yourself. If you like it sour, add more lime.
If you like it less sour, add less. It's up to you. Most importantly, the lime is not bitter at all.
And that's a wrap for this trip! Thank you all so much for reading until the end, haha.
