Greetings! Today, I'm finally getting around to writing a mini-review after letting it sit for a while. Initially, I wasn't planning on writing it, but with some free time on my hands, I figured it would be beneficial to share my experience. After all, information about this airline was scarce when I was researching it. Hopefully, this review will be helpful to others, even if it's just a little bit.

This trip was planned in about a month, without any preparation. I saw my close friend post a picture of a plane ticket to Japan. Out of curiosity, I messaged her to ask if it was true, who she was going with, when she was going, and for how many days. After talking, I found out that my friend, a small woman, was going to Japan alone. After talking and finding out the details, I thought about it for a day or two. Okay, I'm going too!!! I decided to go on the trip very quickly, but I never thought about work like this. After deciding to go, the first thing I had to do was book a plane ticket because there was only a month left before the trip. My friend had already booked her ticket. To be honest, when I first looked for information, I didn't have this airline in mind. I secretly checked the price of our national airline, and the price was very high at that time. The prices of 2 or 3 other airlines in our country were also quite high. After searching for information for a day or two, I found a promotion for Vietnam Airlines. The price was very tempting at 10,XXX baht. However, due to the sudden decision to travel, my financial resources were not yet ready. I had to spend several days raising funds. When I checked back a few days later, the price had also skyrocketed. But, I found an app to search for international flights (Skyscanner). I usually use the app of domestic airlines (ThaiFlight), which makes it much easier and more convenient. Just enter the travel date details, round trip, starting point, and destination, and the app will find many flights for us, both non-stop and connecting flights. Well, with only a month left before the trip, the prices of some airlines had skyrocketed. Vietnam Airlines, which I had been eyeing, had also doubled in price. But... the price of Malaysia Airlines was only 9,XXX baht. After seeing the price, I secretly looked for information about this airline, which was very little. This is why I am writing this MiNi Review.

After deciding to fly with Malaysia Airlines, the price was the main factor in my decision. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the airline due to the limited information available. However, I reasoned that the price and the opportunity to fly with a full-service airline made it worthwhile. I decided to book directly through the Malaysia Airlines website, as I had done for previous domestic flights. The booking process was straightforward and convenient. The flight with Malaysia Airlines required a layover in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I wasn't concerned about the layover, as it allowed me to visit two countries in one trip. The layover duration was also reasonable, and I figured I would spend a good amount of time exploring the airport anyway.

The service was decent, not as bad as I expected. However, the airline staff did not smile, which I believe is normal. From my observations and the comments above, it is clear that the male staff provided better service than the female staff. I remember having several conversations with male staff members that were unrelated to service, such as discussing the beautiful design of Thai passports and asking if I had been traveling. In the morning, they asked me how I slept and if I was comfortable. A female staff member also asked if I wanted an extra blanket, probably because I was wearing a thin shirt and they were worried I would be cold (it was very hot in Thailand, so I was wearing thin clothes). I thought the service I received was good. Another thing I noticed was that the male staff members were all very tall, as if they had been selected based on their height. The food was okay, although the first meal was a bit bland. However, the subsequent meals were good. The layover time was not too long, and I spent a lot of time walking around the airport. Kuala Lumpur Airport has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, which is very convenient. Overall, I think this airline is good. It dispelled all my fears. Before the trip, I told my friends that I was going to fly with Malaysia Airlines. They asked if I was scared, but I was secretly a little scared. However, after the actual flight, all my fears disappeared. It was definitely worth it. I paid 9,XXX baht and that was it, no additional charges. The baggage allowance was 30 kg. I used 18 kg on the way there, and I didn't check how much I had on the way back, but it was probably much heavier. Overall, I was impressed with Malaysia Airlines. It was a full-service flight at an affordable price.

Have a pleasant journey.
