It's time for another adventure with the two of us, Besty Wanderer

This review will take you on a trip to Krabi during the rainy season.

If you haven't been there yourself, you wouldn't know... Krabi's Green Season sea is amazing!

Our first 3-day, 2-night trip to Krabi, we stayed at "Beyond Resort Krabi"
A resort that many people may be familiar with or have seen from the drama "Only This Man is Not a Miracle"
The main actors are James Ma and Kimmy Kimberley.

What's good is the beautiful view, good atmosphere, magnificent swimming pool, but the price is not too high.

Follow us to relax and recharge to the fullest.

Before we begin our review, let's provide some context. Biyond Resort Krabi is part of the Kata Group Resorts chain in Thailand. Other hotels in this chain include Kata Beach Resort & Spa in Phuket, Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa, Biyond Resort Karon in Phuket, and Biyond Resort Khao Lak in Phang Nga.

Escape the summer crowds and high prices of peak season by exploring Krabi during the rainy season. Enjoy the same level of excitement while taking advantage of affordable flights.

Upon arrival at the airport, we were transported to the resort via the resort's van. As soon as we landed, resort staff were already waiting for us.

Biyong Resort Krabi is located **on Klong Muang Beach**, approximately 38 kilometers or 30 minutes from Krabi International Airport. Surrounded by the impressive atmosphere of fine white sand beaches and the scenery of various islands in the Andaman Sea.

The majority of our guests are international tourists seeking genuine relaxation. Our location offers tranquility, stunning natural beauty, and a peaceful atmosphere, unlike the bustling Ao Nang beach. Moreover, the crystal-clear waters here are demonstrably more pristine.

The building's design and architecture are remarkable, with an emphasis on lines, shapes, and colors that reflect the atmosphere of the underwater world. The modern elements are seamlessly integrated, making it a perfect spot for photography enthusiasts like myself.

Upon disembarking, we are greeted by the **top-floor lobby, boasting a breathtaking 180-degree ocean view**. Perched on the 5th floor, the lobby offers panoramic vistas of the sea from a lofty vantage point, unobstructed by any guestroom buildings. This initial encounter sets the tone for an unforgettable experience.

While waiting to check in, we used cold towels to wipe our faces and bodies, and sipped on the Welcome Drink to refresh ourselves. It was very fragrant with lemongrass! And look at the view... Wow... We went in July, and the sky was so clear.

This resort boasts 195 rooms across 7 distinct categories: Cottage Room, Superior Room, Deluxe Seaview Room (our choice, offering stunning ocean views), Grand Seaview Suite with a spacious private balcony, Villa Room with a nature-inspired design, Villa Seaview Room where guests can fully immerse themselves in the seascape, and the exclusive Villa Pamukkale, the resort's sole accommodation with a private pool for an unparalleled experience of the azure waters. Unfortunately, due to high occupancy during our visit, we were unable to capture images of the other room types.

This time, we stayed in a Deluxe Sea View Room on the 4th floor, room 1412. The hotel offers both King and Twin bed options, and we were assigned a King bed. There was also a sofa bed on the side for lounging.

This room boasts stunning sea views that can be enjoyed directly from the comfort of your bed! While the bed isn't positioned directly facing the view, a slight turn may be all it takes to fully appreciate the panoramic vista.

Let's take a look at the bathroom amenities. The bathroom is equipped with various toiletries, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, hair caps, towels, and face towels. Please note that toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided, so you will need to bring your own. The shower is equipped with a hot water function and a bidet spray next to the toilet.

The wardrobe contains an umbrella, a safe, a bathrobe, towels for use at the pool, slippers, and flip-flops for the beach. There is also a beach bag available for borrowing to carry small items when swimming at the pool.

Free drinking water, tea, and coffee are available. Soft drinks and beer in the refrigerator (minibar) are chargeable.

Sigh, when faced with such a soft bed, soft pillows, and soft blankets, who would want to get up? So, on our first day, we chose to relax at the hotel and didn't go anywhere.

The outdoor area, including the swimming pool, is designed in a free-form curve, reflecting the shape of the lobby roof, resembling the waves of the sea, creating a sense of movement and relaxation for guests. Local natural materials such as bamboo, Manila rope, and local handicrafts are used in the decoration.

The Gucci corner also offers a relaxing spot to soak in the water.

The pool area is surrounded by numerous sunbeds, ensuring ample seating for everyone. Relax under the shade of the trees while enjoying the view, or sip on a refreshing drink and savor light snacks.

We ordered a plate of Fried Calamari, which is essentially battered and deep-fried squid. This dish did not disappoint! The calamari was perfectly crispy and served with a fresh salad and a flavorful sauce. The only critique we have is that we wish the portion size was larger! It was gone in a flash.

The signature cocktails at this establishment are worth trying, especially during their happy hour promotion. From 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, enjoy a 50% discount on all drinks (excluding wine, sparkling wine, and champagne). This is an excellent opportunity to sample their delicious cocktails, which boast well-balanced flavors, though the alcohol content may be slightly lower than some prefer.

The beach in front of the hotel is exceptionally clean, with the turquoise water gradually transitioning from blue to green.

When the tide recedes, a small path emerges, connecting the beach in front of the resort to the nearby Deer Island, a beautiful small island where you can take a leisurely stroll.

As the evening approached, our stomachs began to rumble. For our evening meal, we decided to dine at the resort's own @Beach Bar & Restaurant.

The restaurant is an open-air beachfront venue, open daily until 11 pm.

The dinner here is another unforgettable experience. The chefs and their assistants deserve all the credit for creating such exquisite dishes. The food was so delicious that we almost licked our plates clean!

"Exclusive 4-Course Dinner"

Each dish is meticulously crafted by the chef, using the finest ingredients. The four-course menu features:
• Lobster Salad: Avocado and lobster salad topped with caviar.
• Asparagus Cream Soup: Asparagus cream soup served in a bread bowl.
• Lobster & Foie Gras with Caviar: Perfectly grilled lobster and foie gras, adorned with caviar.
• White Chocolate Mousse: Decadent white chocolate mousse.

Seeing is believing, but it may not be enough. Don't just take our word for it, try it yourself!

Traveling with just your girlfriend can be just as sweet, without needing anyone to pay for you. Enjoying delicious food while traveling can make your trip even more memorable.

Let's cut to the next morning, viewers! Let's take a look at the breakfast buffet here. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The picture shows the atmosphere around 7:00 AM. I must admit that I don't usually wake up this early when I travel, but I made an effort to get up early to take pictures for you all. :)

We have breakfast at @Beach Cafe, located on the 1st floor next to @Beach Bar & Restaurant. It offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of Western options, including American breakfast staples like sausages, ham, bacon, an egg station, a salad station, and cereals. Additionally, there is a selection of breads and pastries, such as donuts, danishes, and waffles.

The Thai food options were plentiful, including stir-fried noodles, stir-fried soy sauce, green curry, stir-fried morning glory, pickled vegetable salad, rice porridge, and fried rice. The menu changes daily to offer variety for guests staying multiple days.

We were able to choose the food we wanted and sat outside to enjoy the breeze and sunshine by the pool. P.S. Even though we took a lot of food, we ate it all. I guess the earlier you wake up, the hungrier you get! Haha!

Beyond Resort Krabi also offers a fitness center, spa, and kayaking activities. However, we did not use these services. We spent our time swimming, walking, and taking photos, and we had a wonderful time. The three days and two nights we spent here flew by. We hope to see you again soon, Beyond Resort Krabi :)
