Coro Harvest is a restaurant with the concept of EveryDay Farm Food.

EveryDay means delicious food that is easily accessible and can be eaten every day.

Farm Food The ingredients of Coro Harvest come from Coro Field farm.

Which takes care of everything from soil selection, watering with mineral water, playing music for the produce to listen to.

Until the time of harvest is selected and cooked by a meticulous chef.

The restaurant is located on the G floor of Esplanade Ratchada, next to Starbucks coffee shop.

In front of Coro Harvest, there will be a ....., which looks very much like a farmer.

The spacious and airy interior features clear glass walls, replicating the design of Coro Field farm.

The room also has a charging outlet... I love it....

Clean plates... If you are not satisfied, you can change to a new plate.

The plate explains the origin of the food from Coro Field to Coro Harvest.

The first set of menus starts with drinks. The signature here is the melon.

From fresh blended melon, blended melon mixed with barley water, and blended melon mixed with cream cheese.

Next, we have deep-fried sweet purple yams with three-season sauce for 145 baht.

The deep-fried purple yams are paired with a three-flavored sauce that is both sour, salty, and sweet.

Organic Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Holland 135.-

This salad features a selection of fresh, organic vegetables, including cherry tomatoes and Holland vegetables. You can choose your own dressing from a variety of options, including a delicious Japanese sesame dressing. The salad is not too bland, and the vegetables are crisp and refreshing. It's a perfect choice for anyone who loves vegetables.

Melon Katsu 145.-

This savory dish surprised me. Initially, I was skeptical about its flavor, but it exceeded my expectations. The salty notes of the sauce and bonito flakes beautifully accentuated the melon's sweetness, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.

Roti with Cherry Tomato and Holland Pepper Dip 175.-

The roti bread is delicious, crispy and thin.

It has a good flavor on its own, even without the dip.

The pepper dip is generous... I finished the roti bread but still had some dip left.

Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, Holland chicken mince 175.-

The sauce is rich with tomato flesh, and most importantly, it is generous.

Homemade purple sweet potato tau huay 135.-

The tau huay itself is not sweet.

It tastes like ginger tea tau huay. You can order it to go and eat it while walking.

Purple Sweet Potato Lava + Ice Cream 195.-

This is a purple sweet potato lava that is very purple. When you break it open, the filling spills out.

The ice cream is also dense and not watery because the purple sweet potato is mixed into the ice cream.

While the restaurant presents itself as a dining establishment, I believe its true strengths lie in its desserts and fruits.

The melon-based dishes are particularly delicious, and the variety of purple yam options is impressive. Notably, the restaurant uses real purple yams, not just artificial flavoring.

For those with a sweet tooth and a penchant for green (melon) or purple (purple yam), this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I'm confident you won't be disappointed.
