Sushi Hawa is a small Japanese restaurant located in Soi Ngamwongwan 47, Soi 20. From the storefront to the interior, the restaurant is decorated in a simple style, with attention to detail that evokes a Japanese atmosphere.
Let's move on to the restaurant's food. Today, we ordered two large sets and two additional dishes to try. How delicious do they look? Scroll down to see!
The first menu item, the Sashimi Set, features fresh salmon, squid, and tuna artfully arranged on a bed of ice. A generous portion of wasabi accompanies the set. Side dishes include salad, kimchi, pickled ginger, miso soup, and Japanese rice.
The next set is the grilled salmon with soy sauce menu, served with a large piece of grilled salmon drizzled with delicious soy sauce. The side dishes for this set include salad, kimchi, miso soup, and Japanese rice.
"ABURIDON" features perfectly bite-sized salmon belly pieces, lightly grilled and tossed with creamy, sweet avocado and ikura (salmon roe). Atop a bed of fluffy white rice, the dish is crowned with a generous dollop of salmon roe. 🍣🍣🍣
A delightful appetizer option is jellyfish salad, with its satisfying crunch and delicious flavor. This dish is a personal favorite.
For those who prefer a spicier flavor, sprinkle chili powder on top of the cooked rice for an extra kick.
To conclude, here is the atmosphere in front of the shop. If anyone happens to pass by, they will be able to easily find the shop front. They might think, "Hey! I've seen this shop front before on www.laewtaetaw.com."
