For this occasion, we're taking you to Sulbing, a dessert shop located in Siamsquare Soi 2. Our sweet treat of choice for today is none other than "bingsu".

After a satisfying meal, we still craved something sweet. We searched for a relaxing and inviting dessert spot and ended up at Sulbing.

Getting There

Getting There

Reaching Sulbing is a breeze. If you're arriving via BTS Siam, simply walk towards the Center Point of Siam Square. This will lead you to the other side, where you should turn right and continue walking straight. Once you pass Siamsquare Soi 2, Sulbing will be right there.

Ambiance

The overall atmosphere is spacious and airy, with some plants and flowers for decoration, but not to the point of feeling cramped. Letters are pasted on the walls, adding a touch of interest.

Upon entering, proceed to the second floor to place your order. A diverse selection of menu items awaits you.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a paging device. Once your order is ready, the paging device will vibrate, notifying you to collect your food.

While waiting, you can take some photos. There is a counter where you can get free water, tissues, spoons, forks, and condensed milk. However, you need to serve yourself.

Food

The chosen menu item for today's meal is "Strawberry Cheese Melon Bingsu".

The dessert consists of a half melon placed on top, with shaved ice, cheesecake, and strawberries underneath.

The taste is a sweet and sour combination that complements each other well.

Another item we ordered was chocolate in chunks, which had a perfectly balanced sweetness and a chewy, satisfying texture.

For those seeking a sweet treat during their day off, consider visiting Malong. The delicious flavors and relaxed atmosphere make it the perfect place to gather with friends for a chat and some laughs.
