Nestled in the heart of the city, The Blooming Gallery offers a unique café experience reminiscent of a European-style greenhouse. The restaurant is located on the LG floor of the Ei8ht Thonglor building. The entrance is somewhat hidden and can be found past Foodland towards the front exit. The front of the restaurant is decorated with flowers, while the interior features ferns and climbing plants. The space is divided into a greenhouse zone, a central bar area, and an indoor zone with warm orange lighting.

Today's culinary journey begins with Home Fried with Truffle Sauce (180 THB), featuring Japanese sweet potato paired with a delectable truffle sauce. This highly recommended dish is a must-try. Next, we have the Angel Hair Spaghetti (250 THB), where delicate Angel Hair pasta is tossed with dried chili, garlic, and mentaiko, then adorned with succulent prawns and salmon roe.

The meal concludes with the restaurant's signature dessert, the Mousse Soft Cheesecake Cup, available in six flavors: Matcha, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Dark Chocolate x Orange, Blue Chocolate Macadamia, and Raspberry (95 baht).
