The weather in April is truly hot, as befits Thailand. For those planning a seaside escape to beat the heat, Hua Hin is a perfect choice. Located not far from Bangkok, it offers a wide variety of accommodation options. This time, we chose Vann Huahin Resort as our stress-relieving haven.

Vann Huahin Resort is a Pool Access resort, meaning every room has direct access to the central swimming pool. This small, intimate resort has a limited number of rooms, ensuring a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere even when fully booked. There are four room types available: Pool Access, Pool Suite, Villa Pool Access, and Pool Villa. The main difference lies in the size of the room, with Pool Villas offering an additional private pool.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the reception area, complete with seating and the resort's restaurant. As mentioned, this is a small resort, so breakfast is served à la carte instead of a buffet. Guests can choose to enjoy their breakfast in the restaurant or have it delivered to their room at a specific time.

Let's take a look inside the bedroom. Today, we're staying in a Pool Access room, which is approximately 40 square meters in size. It features a king-size bed with a door at the foot of the bed that opens directly to the pool. There is a sofa bed located near the door, and outside the door, there are also bird's nest-style chairs where you can relax by the pool.

The bathroom is divided into a toilet area and a shower area, with a sink in the middle, opposite a glass counter and wardrobe.





While this accommodation is not beachfront, the resort provides bicycles for guests to cycle to the beach, which is only about 200 meters away.


A New Day Begins with Breakfast in Paradise

The morning began with a delightful surprise as our chosen breakfast arrived, delivered directly to our room by the attentive staff. With the option to dine in the comfort of our room or by the shimmering pool, we opted for the latter, captivated by the breathtaking views.


After a satisfying meal, it's time to check out. Let me capture this moment to remember the happy times we had here.

Summary of my stay at Vann Huahin Resort: It was excellent, and I highly recommend it. Initially, I was disappointed to learn that the resort was almost fully booked, as I dislike crowds. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, exceeding my expectations with their service. If you are planning a trip to the area, I highly recommend this resort. You will not be disappointed.
