After a long day of sightseeing and work, your neglected body and sun- and rain-battered hair deserve some pampering. Let us introduce you to a stress-relieving head massage that has been making waves on social media. This chic treatment will leave you feeling relaxed, with beautiful hair and renewed energy. Nap Sleep Salons is the perfect solution for busy city dwellers.

I'm usually a go-getter, so I don't even bother with makeup or hair care. Normally, just shampooing and applying conditioner is a luxury for me. I only go to the salon to get my hair cut. But that's where my search for relaxation began, and I came across Nap Sleep Salons. Everyone says it's great, and they just opened a new branch in Sathorn. I happened to be in the area today for an errand, so I called to inquire about their services. They had an opening, so I booked it right away, fearing it would fill up.

The second branch in Sathorn is easily accessible, located in the Mobicom 3 building on Narathiwas Ratchanakarin Soi 7. Parking is convenient, or you can take the BTS Skytrain to Chong Nonsi station or the BRT to Sathorn. Walk along Narathiwas Road for about 200 meters until you reach Mobicom 1 building. Walk through the building to Mobicom 3 and go up to the 1st floor. You will find the branch right there. As you open the door, you will be greeted by a faint, pleasant aroma.

Upon entering, the staff will meticulously inquire about the condition of our hair, demonstrating exceptional care to ensure that our hair and scalp receive the most appropriate treatment. They will also inquire about our preferences for eye masks, massage pressure, and desired blow-dry style. We opted for the NAP Elite Every balancing scalp course due to our concerns with dandruff and oily scalp. The staff informed us that this course would help restore the scalp's health and normalcy. This was an excellent opportunity to unwind while addressing our scalp issues. The entire process took approximately 1.30 hours. Finally, before entering the room, we were given a choice of aromatherapy scents. We then changed our shoes and proceeded inside.

The room we entered was adorable. It's called the Naruku Room and can accommodate two people working simultaneously. Today, I came with my colleague, and we both have been working hard lately, so we decided to treat ourselves to some relaxation. Besides, my colleague enjoys doing beautiful things, so when I invited her, she was ecstatic because she had been wanting to come here for a long time.

The staff led me to the shampoo bed, where I lay down and they gently gathered my hair. They placed a warm eye mask over my eyes, and it was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. After a while, the staff member told me to take a deep breath so that I could relax with the aroma I had chosen before entering. It may sound exaggerated, but it was incredibly comfortable. After I had relaxed, they applied a serum to my scalp and massaged it, starting from my head and working their way down to my shoulders and arms. It was so comfortable that I fell asleep, and I mean really asleep. Of course, I had been working hard, so it was only natural that I would fall asleep.

After thoroughly massaging every inch of my neck, shoulders, arms, and back, it was finally time for the head massage I had been eagerly anticipating. The therapist gently washed my hair and applied shampoo, massaging my scalp as they went. I lost track of time, completely lost in the blissful experience, and drifted off to sleep once again.

Following the hair wash, it was time for a hair treatment. This particular branch offers hair treatments with every service, even the most basic one. I must say, it's incredibly worthwhile. The treatment is made with a special formula that's unavailable anywhere else, and it's organic to boot. And guess what? The ingredients are none other than Thai herbs, giving it a wonderfully refreshing scent.

After another round of relaxing massage treatment, it's time for the highlight of the place. The staff will slowly pour warm to hot water over your head. However, the staff will inform you beforehand that they are going to pour water so that you won't be startled. This is to open the pores for DETOX, washing away grease and toxins from the scalp. It might sting a little, and then they will wash it again with cold water.

After rinsing the hair, the staff will dry and wrap the hair, then help you sit down by moving the chair closer. Next, they will place a warm towel on your neck and gently massage your neck, shoulders, arms, and fingers. Finally, they will offer you a warm cup of bael fruit juice before blow-drying your hair.

After blow-drying my hair, I couldn't help but let out a "wow." It felt so light and comfortable, like a weight had been lifted off my head. My hair was incredibly soft, and I finally understood why people splurge on hair treatments or frequent salon visits. It was simply heavenly. Walking back home, I couldn't help but toss my hair, each strand falling perfectly in place. It was a feeling I hadn't experienced in a long time, as my work often leaves my hair dry, tangled, and unmanageable. The NAP Elite Every balancing scalp treatment cost 1,500 baht. Compared to going to a salon for a wash, treatment, and blow-dry, followed by an hour-long massage at 250-500 baht, this treatment was incredibly cost-effective. It was convenient, comfortable, and utterly blissful. Just lying down for a head massage and a nap was enough to recharge my batteries. If you're looking for a place to relax and pamper yourself, look no further. I highly recommend it.
