Today is a day off from work, an extra day off after a long holiday! So we decided to find something to do and relax with a cup of coffee. We thought of this shop, "Bar - Cony". Actually, we often stop by this shop, wanting to try it out, but we're only free on Saturdays and Sundays. And on holidays… it's always full, we never get to sit. Today, we're on vacation, so it's the perfect time to go.

The highlight of this cafe is its two main baristas, one of whom is a roaster and the other a Q-Grader. (Q-Grader is a coffee quality inspector, and this certification is not easily obtained.)

The cafe offers three main types of coffee beans: Light Blend, Dark Blend, and Simple Blend. I personally prefer a strong coffee, so I opted for the Dark Blend. However, the cafe offers a wider selection of beans, and the staff can assist you in choosing the best option for your taste.

The text describes the different types of coffee bars in a cafe. It mentions that there are two sections: a slow bar and an espresso machine. While the author is familiar with the espresso machine, they are curious about the slow bar and plan to try it next time.

The following text is a translation of the provided Thai paragraph into English, adhering to the specified guidelines:

After securing our seats, we ordered a Hot Latte with Dark Blend beans for 80 baht. While waiting for our order, we took some time to explore and photograph the surroundings of the cafe.

- Free drinking water... self-service available.

- The staff is currently working on the Slow Bar for other customers.

- It's time for our menu. We'll use a regular coffee maker, as we're not familiar with other brewing methods yet. Haha.

Our order has arrived! The Hot Latte / Dark Blend we ordered today smells amazing, even since the barista started grinding the beans. It's truly delightful. Now, all that's left is to savor every sip and enjoy the aroma of the fragrant coffee.

And then the happiness we sipped… it was left as you can see in the next picture, haha.

We finished our coffee and paid the bill. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place to coffee lovers. (I personally enjoyed it, but I'm still learning about coffee.) There are so many options to choose from, you won't be disappointed.

Before we say goodbye, we'd like to share a few tips for those who are interested in enjoying a relaxing coffee break like us. See you later... If you enjoy reading our travel and review content, please follow us on other channels at the bottom of this page... Bye-bye
