Today, we opted for the hotpot noodles, which come with both beef and pork. Since I don't eat beef, I ordered the braised pork instead. However, the true signature dish is the braised beef shank, which is the restaurant's secret recipe.

Braised pork with soft bone, the meat is very tender and melts in your mouth. The cartilage is crunchy and delicious. It's so good!

When ordering a hot pot, you can choose to have it with steamed rice or blanched noodles. We opted for three types of noodles: wide rice noodles, thin rice noodles, and white rice vermicelli. This was a satisfying way to indulge our cravings.

The hot pot noodles are priced at 120 baht, which is very affordable! More importantly, where else can you find such a view? If you want to try both braised beef and braised pork, you can order them in a regular bowl. They are also available.
