Amaya Food Gallery is an all-day dining restaurant that is one of my favorites. It is located in a hotel that I also enjoy. I will tell you more about it later.

The restaurant is located in the Amari Watergate Bangkok hotel, which is part of the Onyx Hospitality Group.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Pratunam district, directly opposite Platinum Mall and adjacent to City Complex. This prime location allows guests to enjoy shopping after dining.

As a family, we are quite familiar with the Amari Watergate Hotel, having used its services and established business connections there since I was a child. (My parents were tour guides.)

The hotel has been beautifully renovated, making it a very attractive and convenient place to stay.

This Sunday, I brought my family to AMAYA Food Gallery for a late breakfast. As it was December, the restaurant was decorated with a Christmas theme.

Lunch is served from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

The Sunday Brunch here offers a wide variety of dishes.

This food festival offers a wide variety of dishes, with each station specializing in a particular type of cuisine. I made an effort to sample everything during my visit.

2. For those who are dining, don't miss the Indian food station. There are many menus and they are very delicious.

3. The seafood zone is incredibly impressive, with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended for seafood lovers.

The Atmospheres⭐⭐⭐⭐+

The restaurant boasts a spacious and inviting atmosphere, offering a diverse menu and a comfortable dining experience. The ample space allows for a variety of seating arrangements, ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience with each visit. The high ceilings and natural light create an airy and tranquil ambiance, while the open kitchen provides a glimpse into the culinary artistry. The dedicated kids' corner and attentive staff ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children, while the lobby's glass design offers a captivating view. The overall experience is one of culinary delight and relaxation.

NOTE: The width of the restaurant may be an obstacle to getting food from different zones (lol) because it is really wide, and the food zones are far apart and clearly separated. It is recommended to sit near the zone where you like the type of food.

The Service⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff, including the chefs at each station, provided excellent service. They were polite, friendly, and approachable, and they interacted well with the guests. On the day of my visit, a young chef at the dessert station was particularly charming in his interactions with other guests, myself, and my nephews. The chefs responsible for each zone were equally attentive. For example, in the cheese zone, a guest had a question about how to eat the cheese, and the staff member was happy to provide guidance. The service, including clearing plates from the table, was efficient, and cold towels were offered as a welcome gesture. The food was constantly replenished.

NOTE: Staff are scattered throughout the dining room and provide relatively comprehensive service. However, there may be occasional delays or omissions due to the large size of the dining room.
