This short trip to Khun Sathan National Park was well worth the detour. We traveled by motorbike from Phrae province, heading towards Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park, but decided to stop at Khun Sathan National Park as it was conveniently located along the way.

The road to the park offers stunning views of the intricate mountain landscape, with cornfields dominating the scenery. The paved road is smooth and accessible to all types of vehicles. Despite arriving in the afternoon, the weather was pleasant, with a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. We made frequent stops along the way to admire the breathtaking views.

Upon reaching the park, visitors will find a parking lot and a camping ground adjacent to each other. The Khun Sathan National Park has designated a total of 6 camping grounds, offering only one type of tent for rent at a price of 400 baht. This includes bedding and blankets.
