View on the way to Phu Langka

This motorcycle trip to see the mist-covered mountains began in Bo Kluea and continued to Phu Langka. The journey offered stunning views of mountains and valleys along the way. Fortunately, this was the first day of the trip without rain, allowing us to enjoy the cool breeze of the approaching winter season.

Camping Area at Baan Talay Moke

We arrived at Phu Langka around 4 pm on October 24, 2018, and contacted the camping area of Baan Talaymok. This time, we brought our own tent. The camping fee was 100 baht per person. Baan Talaymok also offers rooms and tents for tourists. The tents at the accommodation cost only 300 baht per tent.

View from the campsite

Enjoy stunning views from the comfort of your tent.

Waking up at 4:00 AM to catch the mist before it disappears, we were rewarded with a breathtaking spectacle from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The mist provided ample opportunities to capture stunning photographs, filling our memory cards to the brim.

View from Magic Mountain Cafe

Adjacent to the Sea of Mist, Magic Mountain Cafe is a popular spot for tourists to take photos from its unique vantage point. The cafe offers stunning panoramic views and ample opportunities for capturing memorable shots. However, due to its popularity, reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak season. As the winter season approaches, those seeking to witness the breathtaking spectacle of the morning mist should consider visiting Phulangka in Pong District, Phayao Province.
